Was interested in used BMW 7 series. After talking to Sean for a few days and reviewing Carfax I decided to take the car to a BMW dealership for pre-purchase inspection. I'M SO GLAD I GOT THE CAR INSPECTED BY BMW. They found almost $10,000 worth of repairs needed. When I spoke to Sean to update him of the inspection report he never apologized for the lack of knowledge regarding the condition of the car, he never offered to pay for the pre-inspection or any of the repairs. I actually felt as if he was not surprised by the report. What he did ask was that I provide him with a free copy of the inspection report. At the very least he could have said, let me cover half of the cost of the inspection. I firmly believe they knew all along that the car had problems and was just waiting for someone to take the bait. STAY AWAY from this dealership.

Pure Car Buying is what used car buying is supposed to be like. After taking my mother, a well-aged senior, to shop for a used Lincoln Town car at some other used car dealers who proved to be shady and dishonest, we were feeling discouraged. I actually felt like I needed a shower after dealing with some of these characters who very clearly had no qualms about trying to rip off a little old lady. So, it was both a refreshing surprise and delight when we met Sean and Adam at Pure Car Buying. The car we had seen advertised was in great overall condition and priced very reasonably. However, my mother was concerned that the car might be too big for her garage, and she wanted her mechanic to check it over (her mechanic previously had found serious undisclosed issues with a car she was considering from another dealer). They said "No problem" and gave us temporary plates to take the car back home with us to check things out before buying it. The car checked out, and we purchased it with absolutely no hassles. We could not have been treated any better, and my mother is absolutely thrilled with her purchase. Sean and Adam were honest, respectful, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Pure Car Buying. They are fantastic!

Went there looking at a 2015 Honda Pilot. No sales hassles, no added "fees" except what is posted. Best of all no surprises! Got a great price on a low mileage Pilot. I had done my homework. No sales person trying to talk e into it. Perfect place to buy a low mileage used car. Very nice selection. Paperwork took all of 20 minutes.

I highly recommend this dealership. We came from long distance to purchase a minivan for our family and I have to say it was a very good experience. There was no pressure to buy. The staff was friendly, informative, yet hands off. They gave us all the time we needed to see multiple minivans and decide. If you and your family want an easy process, go here. I visited this dealership a few weeks ago and it was the best experience i have had in a long time. The sale's team there was great i wasn't hassled no one followed me around talking my head off trying to put me in something i wasn't happy with. I was there for a hour after seeing a few cars and picking one the paperwork took no time at all. I will be back Pure Car Buying to get another car in the future.

Preface: I hate car buying, particularly in person... When we needed a new car we spent weeks shopping online to find the right one with the hopes of avoiding the "car salesman" if at all possible. When we found one at Pure Car Buying I was pleasantly surprised when Katrina, our salesperson, offered to communicate by text and made herself available late in the evening as we were making plans to come and check it out the next day. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Katrina, Adam, and David who let us take our time alone to check it out. When we came across a few cosmetic things that we weren't in love with they quickly offered to take care of them while we did paperwork. Adam was friendly and easy to talk to while we rummaged through financing, titles, and paperwork. Finally, and most impressively, when on our way home we discovered some other areas in need on maintenance they offered to take a look to see what could be done and let us drop it off the following weekend and even gave us a loaner for the day. I highly recommend you purchase your next (and next, and next) car with Pure Car Buying.

The catch is "They Priced it Right" compare to all other dealerships in the region. Customer Service is Outstanding!!!! Trust me, you'll walk out of there hugging Adam. They have beautiful different cars all the time. I got my 2014 C300 Mercedes there and it's turning heads from every direction. I couldn't be happier. I recommend PURE CAR BUYing to everyone.
