Cenral Buick is simply the best!

Remember going in to Dealerships and bartering, walking out etc? Well, there is none of that here! This is our 2nd purchase from Central and we wouldn't go anywhere else. No hassle, excellent Customer service and they spend time with you to get exactly what you want.. Go in and see for yourself! Brian, the GM is awesome as well as Russ in Sales and Tim in the Finance dept.. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

New Car buy

I bought my 2012 from here and my service adviser Gabe allowed me to test an Encore GX while car was being serviced. This car was not on my radar but I met with Tony Rossi and I bought a new on. The buy was not stressful or pushy. Gabe in service is the best along with the mechanics Chris and Ernie!

Noticed vehicle leaking fluid after 1 week... That was 5 weeks ago and the issue still hasn't been fixed because they didn't want to give me a rental. Loud knock coming from right front brake that the supposedly changed pads and rotors on. I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm already putting into. Thanks Central

Stay away from this place

Hi Brian, one more one-star review for you to add to your collection. When will the owner give you the worst employee at an all-time trophy?This place is horrible for buying a car. Totally, scam people, you have to pay close attention to their number on the paper. They will not provide you with the printed paper with all number, they will give you a piece of paper to "play" with. Please please please don't tell them how much you want to put down, because they will count that amount in their price too. My case is, I told them I want to put $5000 down, their truck is $53000 ( out of the door price). I told the sale woman from now on, I will negotiate with you based on the door price, I don't want to deal with the car price only and after that, I will be surprised with tax and doc fee, etc. And we all started from thereafter I told them the last price I can give it to you is $47300, they were ok with it. We were all happy. However, everything broke loose, we started to process the payment transaction for the down payment, I asked them to provide me the final paper with the price of the car and everything, they said Ok, and the final price of the car is $52,3000, not $47300. They claimed that $52,300 - $5000 (my down payment) = $47,300 as what i asked for. OMG. Great. A down payment is down payment, how could you guys include that to the car price??? I walked away because of it. However, next day I called Brian- the GM to express the feeling of the whole buying experience with him, surprisingly, his attitude was so BAD, so so BAD, he was not really to let me have a chance to finish my story, all of his response was about pushing me to buy a car, how he disagreed about my price. I had to stop him from talking sh**, I said "Brian, listen to me, I call you to tell you about your dealership, not about the price, as a GM you need to listen to your customer, not pushing me when I am talking, be nice. I asked him why your staff NEVER provided me the final paper until I asked them to do so? It's my question?" Brian, now I truly understand why your staffs do that. Because they have a horrible GM like you to train them to do so. Keep up with your bad attitude.

I will never buy a car at this place again !

They were suppose to fix the rust inside all doors before I picked up the car. It looked nice when I picked it up but when I washed the car all the paint came off. They had sprayed over the rust. When I complained they refused to fix it!

Awesome experience

Brian and Zach took real good care of me right from the start. They made my purchase seamless and quick. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a vehicle. Went to 3 other dealership for same vehicle but they got it right away.

Horrible Experience

Terrible. Purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from this Dealership. Very poor customer service and extremely rude sales staff. Now the truck has basic systems failing (suspension, braking, tires, heating/cooling) and the Dealership refuses to address – won’t return phone calls, complete run around. Horrible experience, please do not buy your vehicle here.
