I recently purchased a vehicle from the Autoland Budgetmart location and I have never ever found such a caring and understanding person (let alone a person in sales) that actually took his time to listen and help me with finding the perfect vehicle for me without any pressure but I really feel that Greg VanHecke sincerely cares about people in general and does want the BEST vehicle for his customers!! That to me is absolutely very difficult to find anymore anywhere!! Greg I want you to know how much I appreciate all you have done for me plus you are one of the fun & funniest people that I have EVER met!!! I had been looking for a specific used car for months. One finally popped up on cars.com. It was a bit out of my price range, but I called anyway. We were able to strike a deal and I flew to Sioux Falls from Bozeman, MT. The guys at Auto Land were nice and happy to work with me and give me time to look over the truck. During the test drive, I felt some slipping when I accelerated but chalked it up to icy roads... ...until I was 60+ miles out of town. I put the clutch in and it stuck to the floor. I couldn't get the car out of 5th. I rolled to the side of the road figuring I was completely screwed and about to pay A LOT of money I don't have. I called the dealership and they sprung into action. They made sure I was safe (it was -2 and dropping by then) arranged a tow truck, and agreed to pay for it as well as the repairs and hotel. The mechanic at Tires Plus said he'd give the car a second inspection (a different shop did the first one) to make sure it was up to snuff before turning it back over to me. I was flabbergasted but ecstatic. I've been here a few days while parts have come in and repairs are completed. They've been welcoming and helpful, even giving me a loaner. Thanks to the guys at Autoland and the folks of Sioux Falls. I greatly encourage you to check and double check with the people at Autoland the next time you're getting into the used car market. I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from Autoland East. They were very friendly and very honest. The salesman wans't pushy or rude like the other places I stopped at. When I started looking for newer car they asked me what color, options, payments, ect.. They didn't stop until they found just what I was looking for. During that time they kept in contact with me, and didn't try to put me into something else that I wouldn't be happy with. (unlike some other BIG company) Although my husband was NOT with me when I purchased my car, they made it so easy that I didn't have to have him there. WHO SAYS WOMEN CAN"T BUY THERE OWN CARS!!!!

A co-worker of mine gave me a card of their Sales Manager Matt Gross and told me to call him up when I was having trouble with my car and it was due for replacement. I called him up and he put together a few vehicles he thought I might be interested in. I came in the next day and looked at all of them and he provided me with the Carfax history reports and book values on each one too take home with me that night. Their prices seemed really good, but I wanted to make sure so my next day off I looked around online and made my plan. I stopped by two other dealers who had comparable vehicles. One(lets call this dealer Bill Ion) did't want to show me the book value of the car I was interested in even thought I had asked three times to see it, and when they finally did it was priced $700 higher than what the book said. The other dealer I stopped by didn't have carfax available so I would've had to pay $34.99 to get one and I didn't want to do that. That and their vehicle smelled like smoke. When I got home that night I had a card in my mail box from Autoland thanking me for coming in and saying to call if I had any further questions. The next day I applied for the loan over the phone with Matt and he got me a 2.99% rate through one of his banks. He said he shops rates weekly and knows who has the best ones so customers dont have to. He even said he guarantees to meet or beat any other bank. I gave his card to my niece who was also having car trouble. It ended up that she owed too much money to trade the car in, but what amazed me was that even though they couldn't sell her a car Matt set her up an appointment at their services center, I believe it was Tires Tires Tires, and had her car fixed with their discount for $800 less than she had been quoted by her mechanic. Class act dealership. These guys are worth your time!

My wife and I recently purchased our van from Autoland. The price was by far better than anyone around the area. Staff was very nice and treated us very good. Would highly recommend them.

When I started looking for a newer car they asked me what options I would like and a color and a payment. They fulfilled every expectation. All tho my husband was not with me when I purchased my car they made me feel so comfortable that I didn't have to have my husband there. Who says women can't buy their own cars!!! A+++++

I went to buy a car from this dealer and they were super nice, but the car with only 18k on it had several problems already they they were trying to hide. "tire sensor turned on when I went to get gas. Oh I didn't notice the speakers are blown out. Dont worry about that scratch it's easy to buff out." With the promise to fix these problems I thought what a great place, but then they slapped me with the biggest surprise ever. the car was 1500 dollars more expensive then they told me and they wanted 4k down payment with my 2500 trades. So a 13k vehicle they wanted almost half paid for right away. I will never go through them for a loan. I rather get my bank involved.
