Honesty and integrity first comes to mind when I think about Jerrell Huber. He is by far NOT the typical used car salesman. He is friendly, not pushy at all, and above all else honest. He does not sell pieces of junk to people, which is a very novel concept. I can honestly say as long as I need cars he will be my one and only go to used car dealer.

After looking at several car dealerships and also online research we decided to go to Huber Auto World. Byrds Auto Service in Nicholasville where we get all our Toyotas serviced suggested Huber. Jerrell Huber runs his business the way everyone should....he is honest...he will not sell a car he would not own himself...he has built his business on trust and doing the right things....we recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav4 with 86000 miles .....we are extremely pleased....give him a call if you need a great used car.....

The auto industry is somewhere the customers can be easily fooled especially when we purchase pre-owned vehicles. In most of the cases the dealership conceals the flaws and highlights the merits of that particular vehicle for meeting their sales target in this competitive corporate world. Huber Autoworld is something I found quite an exception. Thanks to people like Jerrel who makes car purchase really hassle-free. This is my realization after purchasing my first Toyota Camry back in 2012 and till date except for some regular wear & tear fixes, there was no major defect reported so far. All we did was to go for regular oil change and associated health check for the vehicle. Jerrell understands the pain of the pre-owned vehicle owners and provides recommendations based on the customers convenience, but never pushes it. Am glad that I did listen to him and purchased an auto protection plan right at the beginning that led us to cover our front struts replacement back in 2014 and oxygen sensor/sway-bar link replacement in 2017. Unfortunately I moved out of KY back in 2013 and hence didn't get a chance to get any repair work done in his workshop to review its status, but am sure he has a dedicated team who supports him relentlessly to keep the flag flying high. Now that my current extended warranty is getting over, I'll blindly trust on his recommendation as he won my faith right from the first interaction we had 5yrs back.

We had been looking for another Camry for a few weeks and hadn't seen anything that we really liked. We had visited a dealer in Frankfort, Kentucky the day before, where we saw an almost identical car. We decided to drive up to Nicholasville, Ky the next day to visit Huber's Autoworld to compare the two cars. There was not a comparison. This is my second time purchasing a car at Huber Autoworld, and it won't be my last. Jerrell is a delight to be around, and makes the car buying experience a delight. His cars are in excellent condition, and he takes pride in knowing that the cars are of good quality. He has them detailed and provides the carfax. I recently purchased a used Honda Fit from Huber Autoworld, and I am so glad that I did. The car was in pristine condition for a used car, and it was exactly what I was searching for. Not only that, but I almost couldn't believe how good the price was. Living in Louisville, I had tried going through all the big and small dealerships and could not find anything in such good condition for a fair price in town. I'll let you know that the drive to Nicholasville was well worth it, and for many reasons. The dealer went above and beyond what one might consider helpful. Communication was clear and honest throughout the experience, and we were not pressured in the least into buying a car. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of extremely helpful information that he didn't have to give. I have had the car for about a week now, and I haven't had a single problem with it. I feel like I got incredibly lucky with this purchase, and I am going to recommend Huber to everyone I know in Louisville. Just look at all the other reviews. If you buy from here, I think it's pretty likely that you'll get lucky, too.

This is our second purchase from Huber and the 2nd experience was great like the first. When it came time to buy our second vehicle we did not look anywhere else. The cars are clean, reliable, top quality, with reasonable pricing. We feel this dealer can be trusted. We purchased our first car from Huber 5 years ago and have been saying "When it comes time to buy another vehicle we are going to Huber's". We recommend this dealership to our family and friends.

We had recently experienced the loss of one of our cars through an accident and we're working through the Insurance process to resolve the settlement. Jerrell was very understanding as he had told us he had been through the process many times with other customers. Jerrell was very easy going and made the car buying experience a pleasure instead of the old car buying hassles at most auto dealerships. We very much enjoyed our experience with Huber Auto World. Gerald was fantastic to work with and my wife was especially happy that he treated us equally in the car-buying process and took the time to address her concerns as well as mine. That's the way it should be and the way it is at Huber, but sadly that's not always the case with other dealers. We first went to Huber in 2009 when we were looking for a car for my wife, and while we didn't buy from Huber then because there was not an ideal match, we went back in 2015 because Gerald took the time previously to help us understand what to look for when picking out a car. This time, we found something we liked and the process of trading in and purchasing the new car was very easy. Gerald helped us through the process and we got the car we wanted at a fair price with an enjoyable experience.
