Mike Urbania went above and beyond on customer service. I called him at 9:30 and told him what I wanted and needed, he drove the car to my place of work for a test drive and I was walking out of the dealership at 12:30 with keys in hand. I went to this dealership for the Lincoln date night promotion thinking it would be a good way to test drive a car since I was looking to buy one soon. My salesperson Amanda was the most amazing salesperson I have ever encountered. She was more than helpful with the Lincoln date night stuff and she got me into a brand new car. I didn't expect the deal to happen. I'm still shocked that the new car is mine. I would recommend Klaben to everyone I know looking for a car.
