they don't post prices, don't answer when you ask them, just keep emailing you spammy messages and ultimately don't have the car at all. Huge hassle, irritating waste of time really unappreciated.

Very easy and pleasant to do business with.

Very easy and pleasant to do business with. My salesman was very knowledgeable and had the vehicle prepped and ready to go.

Bought a Kia Sorento through them.

Bought a Kia Sorento through them. Have mechanical warranty. Alternator went out. Was told it would be Wednesday before they could fix it. Which is 3 days after it went out. Asked for a rental until mine is fixed. Was told they don’t do rentals. In order for a customer to pay for the vehicle they purchase through them, they have to be able to get to work. Shouldn’t have to use vacation time or personally rent a vehicle if there a warranty. Will never purchase another vehicle through them.

I will not do business with Pogue anymore. Was told that I needed a new battery because mine was dead before they could check to see if my alternator was bad. We had just charged that battery the day before and I believe they could have charged my battery instead of charging me 314.00 for a new battery. I could have gotta a battery somewhere else cheaper if they had given me a rental car but since they didn’t, until later, I had no choice but to purchase a battery through them. I just wasn’t happy with there service at all.

Dealer does not honor purchase

We went to Pogue Chrysler to look at a vehicle for my daughter. We test drove the vehicle and my daughter decided she wanted to buy it. There was a check engine light coming on in the vehicle and they agreed to fix it. After they called and said my daughter was finally approved for a loan, we went back to them to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork and put down a deposit. They called us back and said they kept finding issues with the vehicle and did want to sell us the vehicle since they were going to have to much money wrapped up in it. We noticed later that vehicle was their website for sale again. When we saw it we demanded that they deliver us the vehicle. Mr. Pogue called back and said that once the vehicle is ready, they would still sell it to us, however if they have to much time and parts in it that would have to back out of the deal. At this point we asked for our deposit back since they gave us the runaround again. After we got the deposit back, I noticed that the vehicle was listed again on their website and at a much higher price than we were going to pay for it. Why did they not honor our agreement to purchase the vehicle and fix it so they would have a satisfied customer. Instead they and only cared about their profit. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealer.

Bait and switch tactics, deceptive business practices. Advertised 2016 Ram ProMaster online for $17,990.00 drove an hour to the lot to purchase ask for best price out the door they come back with a tag for same exact 2016 ProMaster 1500 on their site for $31,500.00 no good explanation for raising the price nearly 14k from what was advertised on their page. The vehicle was likely purchased for less than that new in 2016 with 0 miles and 36k warranty

Spotted a work van online that I really wanted to purchase, spoke with an associate who stated it was available. Drove an hour the next morning, vehicle was available as advertised.
