We had our Telluride 22,000 mile service. Our good impression started with my first question: How long will this take? Without hesitation, Jessica answered “An hour and 20’ minutes.” It took 1’22”! I brought my car in for service.

I brought my car in for service. Had an appointment and was there 2 hours. It should talk less for and oil change.

Convenient to my location.

Convenient to my location. They have always gone out their way to make us feel welcome. Sales team is willing to earn your business. Our latest salesman Jose Ortiz was spot on ….. Jose was willing to answer questions on all models we looked at and was patient as we made our decision. Jose guided us through the business end of the sale and was great to work with. Thanks Jose!

Let me start with I called before I ever came and

Let me start with I called before I ever came and explained what is going on with my 2018 Kia Sorento – it is losing oil, but it isn’t burning (smell it) or on the ground. I cannot take it to the Perry location as they currently do not have certified tech on staff. Make an appointment for 9 am for a service (I also bring my own oil and filter). Get to the dealership at 8:45 (yes, I know I am early). Go to check in the two ladies in there barely acknowledge me – finally get to my turn and lady is asking one tech questions – and he then explains that the dye put into the cars will damage my system. That I must bring it back after 1000 miles so as not to damage my system. This is incorrect information. Mr. John then steps in and asks me what is going on. I explained to him, and he went out to my car with me and looked at all my invoices from services and any work I had done. He then checks my oil level (I just had a service done 12-30-24 barely one thousand miles into it) and said he notices my dipstick is shinny which means I have metal shavings in system. He goes back inside and tells me they will get right on this so I will not have to be here all day. At 11 am I go to check on my car for 30 minutes at max oil change. It hasn’t even been brought back to be serviced. At this point I’m informed they are short-staffed. I am literally 30 plus minutes from home with no ride and they have no car for me to use and the shuttle doesn’t run on the weekends. But they had an extra person who could drive me somewhere to drop me off. Please explain how you have an extra person yet be short staffed. Since having my car serviced by them. It is now burning oil, and smoke is coming out of my exhaust. At 12:13 I finally received a text that my car was ready. Walk back from restaurant I walked to – to see the 10 am service leaving (yes her and I spoke in waiting area) and they offered her a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Please explain why I needed an appointment if you weren’t going to do them in the order they were supposed to be done in. Check and noticed they didn’t use my oil or filter went back to pay for this since it didn’t seem right. Unfortunately, I must bring my car back to this dealership in 1000 miles to have them finish the steps for replacement engine. Needless to say, I’m not impressed with the dealership nor the process. This is a class action lawsuit they are aware of the issue. When I got paperwork, I had to ask them add about dipstick being shine with metal shavings, no where on this does it state bring back in 1000 miles. Communication would go a long way with this company. Being up front we are short staff things may take longer than normal. Why do you have appointments if you are just going to do whichever order you want. I would understand if it was a major repair or something. But I could literally do my own service in half an hour. This would also include checking tire pressure (which they didn’t btw).

My 2023 Kia Sorento started misfiring and my check engine

My 2023 Kia Sorento started misfiring and my check engine light came on so I called Hutchinson and was told to bring it in. It took 13 business days to fix it and the day after I picked it up it was doing the same thing again. Took it back and was told the spark plugs needed replacing aping spoke to service manager and asked why the paperwork from the day I picked it up said those were checked and were fine but now they were needed and Stacy told me he didn't know but that I should be thankful they looked at it because I didn't have an appointment. He was rude and nasty. Between him and Laura which was rude every time I spoke to her, this was a terrible experience!!
