I went in for an oil change and my car was left dirty and

I went in for an oil change and my car was left dirty and despite asking for a coupon it was still over $100. Despite having an appointment the wait was insane and they didn’t run the car through the car wash. Highly disappointed.

Gregor was awesome and the service was quick and done

Gregor was awesome and the service was quick and done right. A tow company hit my vehicle while on their lot. They promptly took care of the damages and got a hold of the tow company to handle it. Great service

Very disappointed with the service department!

Very disappointed with the service department!! Went there Saturday for an oil change and have my breaks checked because the driver side wheel was smoking and have a break burning smell. The service department said my breaks were perfect and sent me on my way!! I drove to church and my wheel almost caught on fire it was so hot. I couldn’t make it home so I left at Cochran service and I wrote that my brakes were smoking and it could be a stuck caliper and it needs checked!!!! It went down hill from there! They were going to charge me $1558.00 for caliper, rotors and pads! I had my truck towed to another shop and $525.84 later I’m back on the road! This could have been very bad because Cochran was very very negligent diagnosing my vehicle!! I wanted to trade my vehicle in and get a newer version of what I already have but I’m not to happy with Cochran right now!!

They make you feel like you're part of the #1 Cochran family. I got a dent in my vehicle one day before I had my new truck for a week. They made me an appointment right away at the body shop to pop out the dent.
