i had my KIA serviced wednesday at this pomona dealer, they claimed to have fixed the anti theft and two other recalls, 4 days later my KIA was stolen from my driveway, by professional thieves im sure related to be working through the same dealer. xxxx this place and this staff

Hi I im a repeat customer of Pomona Kia . The other day I was in a rush to buy a new Kia soul after giving my 2010 to my aunt. I hooked up with Kevin and Jose Duarte and they showed me through the whole process very efficiently. Frankie Gutierrez in finance was wonderful and I was able to get out the door in about 2 1/2 hours with my new Kia soul I’m so happy . thank you guys!

this place is horrible.
this place is horrible. i went in to buy my first car and bought a used nissan in oct 2022 and it’s been in the shop 7 different times since then. i was told by the dealership “that’s what i get for buying a used car”. i contacted the dealership a day after i bought the car because the check engine light turned on and since then they have been the absolute worst to deal with. if you do buy a car here hopefully there’s no issues with it because they will not fix it!

Buyer beware of MARKET ADJUSTMENT. $5,000 for the Sportage Hybrid EX. Was told it's negotiable (I assume to get you in). Market adjustments are above and beyond MSRP. In this case it's 15% over MSRP. Don't be a sucker. These dealerships need to be knocked over the head.

Great experience buying a Niro
I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. I was greeted by Tristin as I walked in the door and we discussed my needs (Hybrid) he showed me the Niro and a Sportage. The Sportage is amazing but just too big. During my test drive I absolutely fell in love with what would become my new car. It was late and I was getting cranky so I told Tristin we had to finish the sale and paperwork on the next day. Next day I walked into the sales office. Tristin had the day off. I worked with Joe (totally amazing) and I told him I wanted to buy the car and to give me the total price and final numbers that will get me out the door. The only extras I wanted were the interior and exterior protection coating and extended warranty. After a few minutes Joe came out with my numbers and all that was left was to agree on the term of the loan. Next stop was the finance guy. Traditionally I have dreaded dealing with the finance guy because of all the services they try to get you to buy. Not at Kia Pomona. Finance manager was friendly and did everything he could to get my paperwork quickly finished. The Niro already had the exterior and interior protection. All that was left was the extended warranty. Joe quoted me a middle protection level price. Finance showed me the difference between the middle of the road and the premium policy. Premium had better protection and didn’t cost much more so I went with that. 90 minutes and 3,000 signatures on sales documents later I drove home in a spectacular new car. I was extra pleased because I felt I got a fair price and got to work with some amazing people who made sure I was getting the correct car at the best possible rice.

The dealership in Pomona would except for the very good Jose really help me and my wife get the vehicle we want it and everything he was very professional and Frankie the finance man with same thing he got us a great deal note I don’t know about the all these other people are saying that the Maunakea is bad but it it was great I had a great experience and I will I will recommend Burger by Pomona Kia

Some of my spelling I messed up but a PomonaKia very professional Jose and Frankie help us get what we want it and I will recommend everybody to Pomona Kia Me and my wife was very happy thank you Jose in Frankie and Pomona of Kia
