Great first time service

In a nutshell what I liked was the courteous friendly way I was treated like a customer should be. Not an interruption to their day. For more in depth answer keep reading. This was my first visit to All Star Kia in San Bernardino. I made an appointment for an oil change and normal maintenance checkup 4 days pryer to my visit. When I arrived 10 minutes early Chris came right out and greeted me as well as getting started with necessary information. He checked if there were any recalls or over due service on my 2011 Optima EX. There weren't any. I told him I would wait for it to be done. In about an hour a very nice cashier said my car was ready to go. She explained what was done and what they recommended I keep an eye on. The cost was no more than those those quickie places.

All star Kia is great

Joe and Jeff were wonderful. I walked into Kia very unsure thinking I wouldn't qualify for anything and walked out with the car of my dreams

Great service, competitive prices

Service department took care of recall I hadn't even known about and gave a fair price on tires I will need shortly.

Our dealers were very polite, urgent and made us feel important. Most of all they took the time to find us the right vehicle.

Integrity

There were no "games" I was quoted a price and Omar, the sales person stuck to it. No "getting my manager because I'm new" etc. Paper work was completed in about 40 minutes. No manipulations.

I was a walk in for service. They squeezed me in after lunch and gave me the same quality service I've become accustomed to.

Great Service

Knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Fast service. The finance person was also very helpful and found ways to save us money rather than sell us more. We did not feel like anyone was trying to push something on us or make us do something we were uncomfortable with.

great friendly service. Prompt with each detail-

Chris was very thorough in explaining everything to me & getting my permission to install a new air filter. I chose to wait there - was satisfied with the time it took.

Location can be better organized

Got a quote over the phone. Went to delaership the next day. Same quote was applied. Finished all the paperwork and picked up the car within 2hours. The sales agent was very helfull.
