I had a tire blowout on the highway heading home.

I had a tire blowout on the highway heading home. After a short call to KIA Connect and 40 minutes, roadside assistance got me on my way. The next day I went to Felton Holly KIA with no appointment and the placed my tire, balanced and all. No charge under my rim and tire package! All this in a few hours! This dealership continues to impress!

My first visit to Felton Holly Kia was an absolutely

My first visit to Felton Holly Kia was an absolutely wonderful experience! Mr. Zachary was very professional, pleasant and appreciative of my time. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and sooner than expected, and even got vacuumed and washed! The waiting room is very comfortable, with free WiFi, coffee, tea and water for customers. I will definitely be returning to this dealership going forward for all of my service needs!

Great people!

I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, love the car! My experience with Holly Kia in Felton has been nothing but postive! There professional, pleasant, caring, very detailed, & the waiting area is great!! I'm greeted right away, even if there busy, they tell you & explain to you exactly what's going to happen, they do not rush you & give you time to ask questions, & they'll really listen to you!! This is all important to me because being a widow of a certain age, buying cars, over the years, from different dealerships, we're not always treated with respect!

First Chad Alexander was my salesman when i brought my 1st new car from Holly Kia and when i upgraded i went back to Chad and Holly Kia and got a 2022 K5 they treated me with respect and made my car buying experiences wonderful i already sent 2 people's his way and they brought cars as well so thank you Chad for putting my in the car that i wanted...also i want to thank the service department they are the only one who work on my car and the do a xxxx of a job Thanks Holly Kia in Felton

Disappointed Purchase

The internet sales person was fine. My issue is with the overall experience which was subpar at best! This is my first experience purchasing a car totally over the internet. I needed this purchase to be done quickly which it was, however at what cost. This dealership has no customer service skills. Car delivered to me DIRTY...no detail cleaning was performed, clearly the salesperson let this car go without any type of inspection. I called & was clearly upset! The General Manager never contacted me. My detail guy came to my house & $300.00 later my car looks great. #2 I had asked about a specific accessory I wanted to purchase, I gave the actual part# but wanted a price & lead time...called & emailed about this, nothing No response...I called the parts dept myself & had an answer in 30 seconds. Then called another dealership, ordered the part. Had NO intention of giving this sale to them. #3 purchased my car 2 weeks ago today & still NO paperwork on my transaction. I have zero information, was told all will be mailed....how Pony Express!!!! I am a successful business woman & get disappointed when any business dealing with the public has such poor customer service skills...or rather refuses to deliver outstanding customer service once they have your money!!! Shame on them. I do not recommend this dealership, the General Manager should find other employment. If I could give zero stars that's what they deserve.

Great customer service

First I would like to thank my Sale consultant Chad Alexander for the opportunity to get me into another vehicle that I like, I went to holly kia for a repair on my old Kia and ended up with a newer vehicle due to the conditions of my old car. I would like to add that there was no persuasion to get a new car it was needed. But my overall experience at Kia was great and will continue to go to that dealership

Good experience. About 3 hours at the dealership. Everyone was friendly. Have not had experience with the service department but hope it is as good.
