From the beginning, the salesperson responded to my email and followed up with a phone call. Once we arrived, we were greeted at the door with a smile. He was cordial and professional. The salesperson knew the answers to our questions (product information). Prompt service and everything was explained or demonstrated in detail. The Cadenza Limited SXL (black on black) that we wanted was not available at your dealership, but exactly what we requested was located and delivered within a couple of days. Kia honored the "Tru car" quote. The car was cleaned and the tank was full of gas. We got assistance with setting up our phone and everything we requested on the UVO/Navigation system. Icing on the cake - Breakfast and lunch was available. Cherry on top of the icing - We received a personalized "Thank you" card in the mail (not emailed) from the salesperson. Way to Go Kia!
