WATCH OUT

please watch out, they know how to swindle you with kindness. When you ask them something they do not call you back or even text you. I do have a wonderful car but very high with payment.

Iffy start due to quote and actual sticker price but were able to come to a mutual agreement. Brandon was a big help with new features in SUV.

Don’t go there

We went there due to problems with our brakes while traveling home from south Florida. They told us everything needed to be replaced: rotors, calipers, brake lines, the whole thing. Price started at 2300, they went down to 1900 but it would take 2 days to get parts. We drove to a brake shop south of them, after paying 100 for their evaluation. Car is fixed the next morning for 862. Big difference. They told us we didn’t need all the parts they wanted to replace. Plus the brake company checked and fixed rear brakes, which Kia didn’t do. Just don’t go there.

Minor repair and recall service

I have always experienced excellent service and highly efficient personnel. Have been going here for 7 years now. Wouldn’t go anyplace else. I would highly recommend Kia of Vero Beach.

Purchase of new Sorrento

Dissatisfied

While my 2017 Kia was receiving its regular service at Kia of Vero Beach, I was notified that my tires were dangerously low on tread, enough that the service dept. did not feel I should drive away on them (likely story). The tires are the originals, and had less than 18K miles on them; I do not drive on dirt, nor accelerate or brake improperly, so I cannot imagine how they were so worn out. Shame on me, though, for not having checked the tread before the servicing, and for taking the bait and buying new tires from this dealership; over $100.00 apiece for a new set of the same chintzy tires that came stock on the vehicle. The icing on this whole expensive cake was when I found, while checking tire pressure two weeks later, that all four of my valve stems were missing caps. This lack of attention to detail makes me wonder what else the service technician forgot or skimped on. I am disappointed that I have to inspect my vehicle after servicing to make sure things were done properly. Any trust or faith I have in this service department is minimal. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this place to anyone, much less bring my own vehicle back for service.
