Horrible dealership experience.

Horrible dealership experience. Car was listed at $18k online, but once we were there they claimed we had to buy a $3k package. They told us this package covered minor scratches and dents anytime. A week after buying, we called and were told no such package exists on our account and they don’t fix scratches or dents without charging. Only after arguing with both the salesperson and manager did they agree to fix the major scratches that were already on the car. They gave us an appointment, rescheduled last minute, and then acted like they couldn’t even take us when we showed up. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest.

I use Kia of Vero for all my Telluride services.

I use Kia of Vero for all my Telluride services. Every visit is worth the wait where I can catch up on guilt-free tv or a magazine while enjoying great snacks like fresh baked cookies & aromatic coffee. I enjoy my brief visits where I have a lil “me” time. It’s like a time out from the craziness of the world. The services are quick & cordial, keeping me on track with scheduled maintenances and warranty work. They always wriggle me into their schedule promptly and offer a free car wash. What more can one ask from a service center?
