Write a reviewGreat buying experience
Purchase 2023 EV6 Wind, I did my research over 90 days and meet with many other car manufacturers beside Kia. Troy Fraley was very honest in his answers to all my questions. No pressure at all, and once I had made a decision he was very helpful after the sale to review car features and offer an open door to me if I have questions in the future on how to operate a feature on the car. Very professional team at Team Kia of Bend

Worst car buying experience
Finance Manager Michael Feis had the numbers messed up and then was rude over him telling me he would walk the payoff over to the Credit union and was rude when I called him on it. Worst car buying experience I have ever had!

Dishonest dealership
Most dishonest dealership I have ever had the displeasure of buying from. From the numbers being manipulated to them trying to add on services to the creepy salesman.Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Buy a vehicle, Avalanche of SPAM incoming.
Bought a 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV in late June. Upon completion of sale .. my email and snail mail addresses have been hit with a barrage of junk high pressure sales xx. THEY WILL SELL YOU INFO TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. The salesman was great. The Finance guy is a slime ball that cant be trusted. They will rip you off in anyway they can. Do not do business with the dealership. I regret my purchase through this dealership.. but the vehicle is fantastic. Just avoid Team Kia of Bend.

I Won't go to them again.
I went to the Kia/Hyundai dealerships "Big" tent sale at the Deschutes Fair Grounds. There was maybe 30ish vehicles. Disappointing. I told them what I was looking for and the price range of around $18K. I was shown around being told that very few vehicles were in my range, but I was shown a few. There was no info. on the vehicles and I could never get an exact price from the salesperson. The only thing I kept being told on a particular car I was shown was "It's in the teens". I was led into the tent being told they would get the price. I told them I wouldn't even consider a trade unless I got a minimum of $22,000 for my jeep. They came back telling me they would give me $22K for my jeep and then proceeded to negotiate with the new used car. Well, it definitely was not in the teens. In fact, it was way above what I was told. In the negotiating I was shown many numbers written on a scratch paper, never saying that they were changing the price of my jeep trade in amount. We only talked about the price of the new car. They finally came back with a price that was "in the teens" for the new used vehicle and I agreed. After signing almost all the paperwork, I noticed, and made a comment, about the price of my jeep on the paperwork. It was $2000 less. They claimed they wrote down the new number on the scratch paper for the trade in value. It was written on a piece of scratch paper above the price of what I was paying for the new purchase. It didn't say anywhere on the paper anything in regard to price of jeep, the word jeep, trade in amount ... nothing. It was never discussed besides the initial communication by the finance guy of "we will give you $22K for the jeep". What the dealership did was they had reduced the value of my jeep to reduce the price of the used vehicle (...to get it into the "teen" price range that I was originally told was the price of the car while looking with the salesperson). WTH!! I had been there 4 hours; my head was spinning, and I didn't know what to do. I was upset!! I had signed all but that one pcs of paperwork. To quickly end this, I will say that I definitely feel ripped off at least $2,000. I have been trying to get ahold of them for some several reasons since then.... like I saw my jeep was sold but it hadn't been paid off on my loan yet, they were supposed to get me a separate check and no one could tell me where it was. My calls were never returned, and I kept being told to go to Hyundai with one thing and with Kia another time. And I had to track down all the problems on my own. Plus, I had to buy a new car battery on new purchase a week later. Battery died on me. There were other things, but I will stop here. I have regretted my purchase from the moment I was tired and didn't know what to do, or if I could have done anything after signing all but 1 page of the paperwork. I will never go back. P.S. After getting some sleep, I saw on their website that what I bought the vehicle for of $19,999, they had post to sale for $20,000. So, basically just took $2k off my jeep...

Holly was incredible to work with, she was honest,
Holly was incredible to work with, she was honest, helpful and consistent in her communication and follow up. I’m not someone with the patience to sit for hours at a dealership negotiating. Holly did her best to eliminate that, she was flexible and willing to work with me over phone/text AND efficiently in-person.
