I bought a little used electric kia soul a few years ago

I bought a little used electric kia soul a few years ago at this Kia dealership. I have been SO IMPRESSED with every one I’ve worked with there. They are responsive, helpful, friendly and they go beyond every single time. Excellent customer service! And I still love the little kia soul!

I was greeted by Brian Myers at team Kia of bend and he was extremely helpful in deciding which vehicle was best for us. He was very knowledgeable on each vehicle that we were looking at. The buying transaction was fast and easy, all departments were fantastic to work with A+ Dealership

Because of this dealership, I will never buy a Kia again.

Because of this dealership, I will never buy a Kia again. I had a 2022 Sorento lease that was ending in March. I love my car, so I chose to keep the car and finance it instead. That was my first mistake! The sales department acted like this is the first time they have ever sold a car. First they told me to come in and sign paperwork on a specific date and time, I did so, and no one knew I was coming / paperwork was not ready. Then they jerked us around for about a month. Eventually told us to go get our own financing first. Odd - we have bought several cars and have never had to do that but okay. We go to OnPoint and set that all up. All OnPoint needed was paperwork on the car from Kia. We asked Kia to send that over to the bank - they said we have no idea what you are talking about . ?????? Okay then. Then they say you know what for your troubles we will push this through to management and get it done here. Show up today at 1:15 (as scheduled) and I was ignored for 35 minutes, and then Mike talked to me like I was an idiot. He told me “we are not a bank, lady” - as if people don’t finance cars everyday ???????? Overall a horrible experience and because of team Kia of bend, we will never be purchasing another Kia. We could not be more disgusted with their unprofessional and Unknowledgeable staff. 0/10 recommend.

I checked in with Kia for recall service Kaitlyn was

I checked in with Kia for recall service Kaitlyn was behind the counter. She was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get me signed up. She sent me a text with her number as a way to ask about updates or if I needed anything. I waited in the showroom while they worked on my car. I went back to checkin to see if there was a place to fill my water bottle. Kaitlyn took me to the water dispenser. On checkout she was again very nice, efficient and knew what she was doing. Team Kia of Bend is a great place for service.
