Unethical & Poor Business Practices.
I purchased a 2021 CPO Infiniti QX50 vehicle from Dublin Infiniti less than 4 months ago and unfortunately one of the worst decisions I've made. Infiniti Dublin is unethical and has shady business practices. Any dealership that sells CPO goes through an "extensive" inspection to make the car seem like it's just as good as buying a brand new car with extras and extended warranties. After 48 hours of possessing the vehicle, my tire light came on and there was a slow leak in my passenger-side tire. I texted John, my car salesman, and told him how dangerous it was for them to let me off the lot and let me travel to Sacramento with faulty tires. The response I get is that they do inspect their vehicle and that they have run-flat tires that will go 50 miles. Less than 2 months later, after going to two different tire shops, they told me that my tires are "legally" bald. With less than 5k miles put on the vehicle, I know how to shell out additional money to replace the run-flat tires, which don't run cheap. Additionally, when purchasing the vehicle, Seth & John continued to pressure me to buy extended warranties and I objected; however, when it came to the stolen vehicle recovery program, Seth advised that it was required to purchase it in order to buy the vehicle. When reading the paperwork when I got home, the paperwork clearly advised that "this is not required to purchase the vehicle". Again, what a terrible and unethical way to have your customers spend additional money. I will never recommend anyone to Dublin Infiniti to anyone.
