Great People!

Infiniti Dublin has great staff at their auto dealers. The people there are great in customer service. My car needed new brakes. Michael suggested we should replace them due to safety and also the longevity of the vehicle. He offered to vacuum and get my car clean. I really appreciate honesty and customer service. I have always found it there at Infiniti. Thank you! Linda

Service department

It is a very nice experience having a service advisor like Lincoln Haven who is very knowledgeable and very professional . The repairs are top notch, excellent staff of mechanics

Salesman was Great. Finance Rep was a complete xxx

Sales staff was great. My personal salesman Steve Gramn is a valuable asset to this company. Finance Manager was a complete xxxxxxx. I waited over 3.5 hours for him to complete the paperwork on my pre-approved purchase. When I complained about waiting so long they told me I had one in front of me. Hours later I had two customers ahead of me. When I pointed out that hours ago I was next I was approached by this little Jared Trump want to be and he very rudely told me to come into his office if I was going to cuss and be upset in the lobby. He didn’t want other customers to hear me. Other sales personnel stopped me from going into his office (a good idea)as they could see that I was royally offended by his lack of professionalism. It was obvious that he was working higher dollar purchases and I could wait. Like I said. Great staff except for pencil *ick. I informed him in his office that it is not smart to treat people rudly like he did. He just continued with his cocky attitude the entire time he processed the paperwork. The paperwork took about five minutes. I would never purchase another vehicle here if I had to deal with this finance clown. He left a very bad impression.


Tried to be a customer

Try to buy a car couldn't get anyone with enough knowledge to help me with simple questions, got shuttled from 1 sales person to another ,hung up on and then transferd to a voice mail with no name ,,don't buy from these guys



We were making a deal for an INFINITI SUV with them I made a deal with them after Hal the sales manager changed his mind when I was going to buy the car.

no pressure, Rob knew what he was talking about very friendly staff-answered all questions we asked. Jag also was friendly and gave great service


Car is in great shape

Car made a whopping sound which wasn't clear as to what it was. It ended up being the tires, which were replaced and the sound was gone. The car was clean and felt tighter, felt great driving it again.

Mike Troche & Staff are the real MVP's

Words can't really express the overall feeling of customer satisfaction. It needs to be witnessed in order to really grasp the concept. As a veteran Corporate Sales veteran, I know, better than most, the value of a great customer experience. Many organizations try, yet fail, while others don't even entertain the thought of providing it, and they can easily be identified, due to their stagnant revenue streams, high employee turnover, multiple bad reviews from the public, which happens to be an internet savvy group. Mike Troche has always been a personal friend of mine since 2005, while he shined at the Pleasanton location. He has been one of the most loyal, trustworthy, hard working, dedicated individuals I've ever met in my life, and when I bring my 2005 G35 6MT in for service, I don't worry about anything. I just take a walk, come back 45 minutes later, and all is well. Kudos to the remaining staff members, as they all provide smiles and pleasantries as I stroll through the dealership. Keep up the good work. Outstanding organization!
