Sales persons name was Adrianna, she made my experience very great. As we talked several time and texted a lot she was very helpful always calm. Answered all my questions with great knowledge. I wanted a certain Kia K5 she located it and made purchase so easy all was done by phone and text, at deal stoped by dealership sighing all paper drove my 2025 Kia K5 home. Purchasing from this dealership was fine but the after
Purchasing from this dealership was fine but the after sale was horrible. First of, the Kia was in the shop twice and the last time it was kept for 5 weeks. When the car was returned it had interior damage where they had super glued the panels back in place and one is already falling down, major scratch on door handle and Mason keeps saying they will fix it but never follows through and gives a date on when. We have been lied to so many times by this dealership that you can't believe anything they say, I tell everyone I can not to do business with them and didn't take long to find other people who have also had bad dealings with this dealership. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

The general manage is a cry baby toddler who has a very weak head on his shoulders, he has a complete lack of understanding for the English language. He throws tantrum fits like a four year old if you question him, or the dealership, and then he doesn’t want to take accountability for damages that occurred at the dealership while the car was in their possession. Highly recommend staying away from the dealership until they hire a true man that can handle feedback, and or complaints.

stolen car????
my wifes car stopped running,would not start. she had it towed to this place. nothing got fixxed or resolved.we were told the engine is seized up and the car is not worth messing with. we decided to go get the car ourselves, we were then told the car is no longer there. when we asked who has the car, we could not get an answer.they cant or wont tell us who has our car, they said a roll back came and got it over the weekend.. so many unanswered simple questions. who authorized and paid for this tow?? it certainly wasnt us. and where is the car now. the answer we got "we dont know" xxx kind of place is this. people please be aware of and stay away from this place at all cost

Not happy
My 2022 Kia Sportage was taken there and while there it was towed to Cleveland Tn for no reason and then they act like they don't know why. So now I'm waiting for them to hopefully get it back. to then tow to my house. What a big mess. I wish I would have kept my Toyato. Ugh

Hate my Kia!
I was charged $330 for a battery! I was floored!! My Kia will have a For Sale sign on it real soon! I had also asked for a couple more things to be checked but they said they didn’t have time, I’d have to come back. Less than 27,000 miles on the car. Will NEVER own another Kia!

They are liars and cheats
I bought my car brand new, I have always taking it to them for service, but never again, I caught them red handed cheating, they charge for services and don’t even perform the service, I had a feeling they were not doing what they charge you for , I went in for tire rotation and they didn’t even rotate them, and yes I know they didn’t do the service because I marked my tire before I went, they lie and cheat people, I let them know how upset I was, there’s no telling what else they charged me for and didn’t do the service, the service manager hid cause he knew what they did and I just wonder how many other people they have ripped off, I work hard for my money and I take care of my car and I don’t like getting ripped off, I will not go back to this place
