Beware! This company wont hesitate to outright lie to you as they did to me. Reported this company to the BBB, and they responded that I never bought a... car with them. Thinking there was a misunderstanding, I called them to get it straightened out, and they then hung up on me repeatedly. They lied about the price. In the first half hour we were there, they came out with a paper showing us what our payments would be, depending on the months we financed - $92, $124 or $145 with our $3000 deposit. We said that was great and the lies began. We didn't see the finance manager again for over 2 hours and every time we asked what was going on, we were told "He's trying to get you the best deal". When he finally came out, he told us we couldn't have financing unless I bought their service warranty at a cost of $1700, Theft protection $400 and GAP $700, and now, they're trying to get away with not letting me cancel those warranties. If they put stickers on the car you want BEFORE You sign the paperwork - WARNING!! They will tell you its a "theft protection" service that is required - IT IS NOT REQUIRED - and once those stickers are on the car, you will have to jump through too many hoops to cancel it. Further, they lied and said our credit was "iffy" and the finance company was requiring we purchase a service warranty, theft protection (those stickers that were already on the car) and GAP. When in signing the papers - they tried to rush us, and when we questioned having to buy the warranties, we were told the finance guy that kept us tied up there for over 3 hours suddenly wasn't there anymore, and he might be back in an hour or so if we wanted to wait. There's much more, but hopefully, buyers will beware before dealing with this company. My next step if the BBB can't get results - is an attorney.
bought new sedona in marietta with maintenance warranty supposed to be good at any dealer. first was told by michael in service they would only do the... oil change if we paid for it. then fidelity warranty services talked with service dept and was told they would honor warranty, when i called they said they would not honor this fidelity called again and they said they would do it but customer would have to pay difference. ??????
Brad, the sale rep, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions in a respectable manner. I feel if ther are any questions... we may have in the future he is available to us. We would recommend him and the rest of the Pye team to everyone in the North Georgia, North Alabama and Southeastern Tennessee area.

Mike the guy who helped me purchase my car was very helpful! He took his time to tell me about the options on each vehicle I was looking at and took the... time to answer my questions. I have to brag on the finance team as well, because I was expecting to spend hours trying to get not only a good offer on my trade in, but also on the new vehicle I was purchasing. The staff was nice during the buying process and the car has been great. After 1st oil change I had to have car towed due to a mistake made by mechanic.... After 1st tire rotatation I found a lugnut missing. The dealer said they would detail my car for free to make up for the mistakes but after they "detailed" it I had to take it and have it cleaned because the windows were so bad I couldn't see out, also think they chiped paint while cleaning but not sure. I have placed complaint for a loose fender but they can't seem to find time to look at it. Last week I tried to schedule an oil change and when I asked if it was time to rotate the tires they replied that me nor my car was in their system.
