I was hesitant to shop here because of the reviews, and

I was hesitant to shop here because of the reviews, and past experience, but after learning they had sold out and changed owners i gave them a chance. Let me tell you I am so glad I did! I worked with Mr. White, and I can't say enough about him and my whole experience! The Staff are all amazing, I had my 2 yr old son and mother with me and they were so sweet and kind to us all. No one was worried about making a "deal" they wanted me to get what I wanted, listening to my needs in a vehicle and allowing me time to process every step, offer and option. From the hand shake to the final signature, this was the absolute easiest and best vehicle purchase I have ever had. Not once was I pushed or felt unheard, every piece of paper was explained and they gave me time to process it all and make decisions based on my income and capabilities. After being at another dealer the day before and feeling rushed and pressured to buy that day, and was treated like I was a number and not a customer I feared even trying again. At the other dealer I wanted to leave, felt like I wasn't being heard and was almost sold a vehicle that actually would not have been able to tow what I needed it to tow. After 2 hours there, they ran my credit 11 times through wvery bank in ga, and I had to demand for my trade in keys back to go pick up my son from daycare before they closed, and they were still pushing me to stay and sign my life away to a vehicle that wasn't right for me. At Dalton Kia, and working with Mr. White I can honestly say I never once felt like I wanted to leave, they even fed us pizza, and apologized for the wait, even though I was the one dragging it out wanting to know all the details. The value they gave me for my trade in was definitely fair and the price for the vehicle I purchased was beyond reasonable! I was heard when I said I needed an extended warranty and they asked my concerns, and built me a service agreement and warranty to fit those concerns. They ran my credit and called the banks they knew would fit my score and payment preferences. They got me the best deal and Joshua the finace advisor was so kind and explained it all so well. I honestly can not say enough about this dealership,and the new owners and employees! Thank you Kia Of Dalton and all the Staff!!

I purchased my vehicle and only had it two months before

I purchased my vehicle and only had it two months before the thermostat went out. They refused to fix it. They never offered me an extended warranty on the vehicle when I purchased it, but they lied and told the BBB that they did. They also lied and said I had my vehicle for 3 months when it was only two months before it messed up on me. 0 out of 5 stars for Pye Kia of Dalton.

My sales person was Adrianna she was very knowledgeable

My sales person was Adrianna she was very knowledgeable about the car I chose A Kia K5. Everything was done through text and a few phone conversations, text Adrianna several pictures of my trade in made deal by text stoped in Kia Dealership in Dalton signed papers that was it, Adrianna made it the best auto purchase That I have ever experienced. I thank you so much Adrianna you’re the best.

Sales persons name was Adrianna, she made my experience very great. As we talked several time and texted a lot she was very helpful always calm. Answered all my questions with great knowledge. I wanted a certain Kia K5 she located it and made purchase so easy all was done by phone and text, at deal stoped by dealership sighing all paper drove my 2025 Kia K5 home. Not happy with service I showed the pictures of oil

Not happy with service I showed the pictures of oil leakage they seem to think it was from last oil change of July 2023 they said they could not find any leakages but they cleaned it up but they did not indicate to me it was oil they cleaned up I spoke to Amy and told her I was unhappy with the answer they told us hope for want leaks anymore I will keep watch

Was not happy with the response I got from the service done on my car they seem to think I didn’t see any oil leakages when I show the service grill and she made picture on her tablet I call Amy and told her they said they cleaned it up up they didn’t indicate that it was oil they cleaned up

Purchasing from this dealership was fine but the after

Purchasing from this dealership was fine but the after sale was horrible. First of, the Kia was in the shop twice and the last time it was kept for 5 weeks. When the car was returned it had interior damage where they had super glued the panels back in place and one is already falling down, major scratch on door handle and Mason keeps saying they will fix it but never follows through and gives a date on when. We have been lied to so many times by this dealership that you can't believe anything they say, I tell everyone I can not to do business with them and didn't take long to find other people who have also had bad dealings with this dealership. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
