2021 Telluride owner. Purchased vehicle new from dealership. Went to dealership for regular oil change maintenance. Was slammed into $20.00 oil additive that was not asked for or told about until I saw the bill. Was also suggested to replace cabin filter even though I replaced it 2 days prior to oil change. No windows sticker to remind for next service. Guess they don't want me to be reminded to bring it back. Will be going elsewhere for future service.$100.00 for oil change will not happen again.

Use to love going there.
This time coming to get my car serviced. I was greeted by New employees. Last employees knew Mr pretty well. I usually go to Don for any questions. I use to get offered a car wash. Wasn't offered this time. They had my car for over 24hrs. No call the day before to let me know anything. I called 2hrs before closing. Asked the guy to PLEASE call me and let me know if the car is staying or not. NO CALL. NO CALL that next morning. I had to call them. My car was so gross. And I pay good money. Kia could had done better. Seat was moved. Steering was moved. !

Poor service/bad attitude
Called twice to get service on my vehicle both times I was transferred to Brad and he was extremely rude both times on two separate occasions. He was very temperamental and short for frankly no reason. I just called with some questions about the recalls on my vehicle. Hopefully their calls are recorded. After the most recent phone call I called Kia of Greenville and all my questions were answered and they were extremely pleasant and kind and I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Definitely will not recommend service at Kia of Greenwood.

Nice and orderly facility with a good work ethic.
Everything was great and outstanding. The atmosphere is gentle and calming . The overall process was excellent and the salesman provided great communication and information about the car i purchased.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Also they were very familiar with their vehicles. There were no high pressure sales pitches. It would be great if KIA could send more Tellurides their way!

They doesn't take their jobs serious. The guys changing the oil had oil where it leaking in my garage the next morning. The last two times they changed my oil it has been the same way
