Let me show up to an appointment knowing my recalled part was not in stock. proceeded to let me wait an hour before informing me that this recall part wasn’t in stock and tried to keep my car for 72 hours until it was in stock again. Then proceeded to tell me that they would reach out to me when in stock for me to make an appointment still have not heard anything.

Great customer service, sales team was very professional. Finance was easy and informative. Morgan was very attentive and knowledgeable.

My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and all was fixed and or corrected. Made an apt, on way out to get rest of work completed the following week.
