If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and

If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. The deal also took hours for them to refuse to do anything while I repeat what I am asking for multiple times. On top of all of that, the new car had hail damage but they weren’t going to budge on price because they were going to “fix” it. Full MSRP for a damaged car they received insurance money on? Yeah….. We ended up going out of state to another Chevy dealer to purchase the same model but with slightly more options for an even better price than what we were trying to get woodhouse to do! Saved us over $3K by walking out that door. Don’t let woodhouse pressure you into a bad deal. There’s plenty of Chevy dealers around and inventory everywhere. The negotiation on the purchase we did make at the other dealer was such a better experience compared to Woodhouse! I would not recommend attempting to buy a car from Woodhouse unless money is of no concern to you.

Woodhouse Missouri Valley is the only place I will take

Woodhouse Missouri Valley is the only place I will take our vehicles for any kind of service work. They do an excellent job. Mark, the service advisor is the best!!

Do not buy from Woodhouse Chevrolet dealership.

Do not buy from Woodhouse Chevrolet dealership. They will lie and pretend to care about their customer’s needs but all they want is to get rid of their bad investments and line their pockets for a few measly bucks. It’ll cost you more than just the purchase of the vehicle.

Bad customer service experience

The purchase and transaction went good, but the after purchase customer service was horrible, I was told there was spare key and fob, the previous customer had them and was dropping them off and they would mail them to me, granted these are expensive to replace and you alway MUST have a spare available. Well it's been 2 months of messaging every 2 weeks asking for update. Finally I get a response customer can't find them. I'm thinking ok it went from previous customer had them and was dropping off to can't find them. I understand this could of happen, I offered to purchase a key and fob from them, it's been a week and still no response, like I said once they get your money they forget about you and move on to next sucker.. poor customer service.

STAY FAR AWAY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

UPDATE - 8 MONTHS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THAT THEY GIVE YOU A WORKING AND SAFE VEHICLE!!! Edit for an update. IF THEY IGNORE YOU THEY THINK YOU WILL GO AWAY After several weeks without any response at all from my email after their response below, I was finally offered a fraction of what it would cost to correct the problem. I told them if its that cheap then let your shop do it. Nope never heard back or anything. I emailed again a month later hopeing for a positive solution. I went ahead and paid for the repair on my own and of course they wont even call me back to cover it. Not even the fraction they said they would. Don't waste your time or money going here. Worst service ever. I wanted so much to say something great about their season team, but sadly I can't. We purchased a vehicle from them only to discover one of the tires had a bent rim. I called my sales person and the said they would replace all 4 wheels with the factory wheels for the car. Sounds good to me, so we return with the car for service. Half way home I discover they have replaced them with bald, flat tires. They had less than half the amount of air they require and were completely bald. And to make matters worse, the tires they put on no longer have the tire pressure monitoring sensor in them! Which tells me these tires are far from the factory tires. After discussing with him again, how I don't by cars with bad tires on them he actually tried to tell me well normal people do. I told them they needed to do something and only after being threatened by them they finally said they would replace the tires on the two back wheels. So long story short. Even if they promise to make it right, they never do. I highly recommend shopping ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
