    The sales person - Christian M - was responsive to making the deal happen. Also has a non-intimidating personality. Buying a car is stressful enough... - don't need undue sales person pressure!

    Friendly, we were approached and did not have to go find a Rep, it was a hot day and that same day at a different lot. We drove in and the sales rep did... not come out and stood inside where it was cool in the AC and waited for us to go to him inside then he was discouraging not motivated so we left and found the sales rep at Moss willing to listen, it made the difference.
