    I arrived a little early for my appointment. I had a dentist appointment down the street. The service advisor had their shuttle pick me up and take me... over to my dentist. When I returned my car was ready within 15 minutes. Pretty wonderful service.

    Mr. Jose Herrera, Sales Manager, Moss Bros Buick GMC, 12675 Auto Mall Drive, Moreno Valley, CA 92555, (855) 204-7912 demonstrated very professional customer... service which led to us (my Wife Mrs. Earlene Slater and (I) Colister Slater) purchasing a brand new 2018 GMC Terrain.     The night we were there it was raining and dark so there were some serious scratches on the used car we purchased, the dealer detailed it to get most... of the scratches out, I think that was commendable.

    While I don't personally know anyone who actually enjoys haggling over car prices, the guys at Moss were about as negotiable as I've found. I appreciated... the friendliness of the sales team and their willingness to make a deal. I will definitely consider purchasing from them in the future.

    Service was great only draw back no courtesy car wash. There is no longer a water shortage so moss brothers has a lame excuse for not doing it. I know... that is not the service centers fault.
