I have to say that Michelle in finance is the reason for my high review. Even it wasn't her responsibility to rectify a misunderstanding, she went over and above to turn my experience into a good one. Would definitely work with them again!

Landon the finance manager never paid me for the car we...

Landon the finance manager never paid me for the car we sold to the dealership. Never returned my calls and when we did talk to him he was unprofessional and rude and told us to stop calling when they owe us 6k. Never do business here again!

My soon-to-be ex-husband took a Camry leased under both...

My soon-to-be ex-husband took a Camry leased under both of our names; without my knowledge or my consent to this dealership, they traded the Camry for him into a corvette. They have the car now for over a week, do not pay off the car or do not return it to me so I can return the car to Toyota, and worse, they already listed the car for sale on their website. I called, emailed, tried everything to make them pay the car to Toyota or return the car to Toyota or me, and they refuse. The only thing they want is my ID and my signature. That is the most dishonest business I have ever heard of.

Run away from this bussiness

My soon-to-be ex-husband took our leased Toyota Camry to this business and traded for a Corvette without my knowledge or consent. Do not ask me how but this dealership agreed to make the trade without my presence or signature; And later, when everything was already done, and my ex had the corvette, Brent Church, the finance manager send me an email asking for my ID and signature to release the car to them. It has been a week, and they still did not pay the car to Toyota or release the car back to me, so I can myself turn the car back to Toyota.

2012 Chevrolet Camaro owner

I brought my Camaro to them because it was running rough they said I had water in my fuel and needed $7000 worth of work new fuel injectors filters etc. etc. etc. I told them to put it outside I would come get it I went with my friend to get it and I put in Seafoam And fresh gas and drove it home and in 2 miles it drove fine Four years later and 40,000 miles and I haven’t done anything to it and it’s been just fine this place is a rip off they didn’t know I’ve been a mechanic for 40 years working on military equipment all over the world, I also brought my car in for warranty work for my Sunroof not working properly I picked up my car used it one time and it broke again I am totally dissatisfied and will never go back there again

14 hard acceleration 4 hard brakes.

According to my gmc app my truck was taken on a 41 mile test drive and took an hour at lunch time and there was14 hard acceleration and 4 hard brakes .my vehicle was in for a coolant level sensor replacement. Someone was hot rodding my 70k truck on streets that I travel everyday.My truck is very noticeable and the dealership did not take any responsibility for it. I will not go back to Titus will chev in parkland again.

They suck bigtime

left 3 email and 3 voicemail for chev sales department over 1 week span, got ZERO return calls. These guys are pathetic, don't waste your time. Yes, I'm in the WA. State essential list.

Terrible.. Service

Paid for car on Tuesday and it's still not ready for pickup on the following Monday. Salesman won't call back. We are disgusted!

Very unpleasant and bad experience

we went over to purchase 2016 Chevy Equinox and we told them we were already approved by our bank and they accepted and we went home with the car which was on a Saturday, only for my wife to get a call from a different sale man Mike and he lied to my wife that he called me and that i said i was open to a different lender which wasn't truly, they went ahead to approve us with a different lender without our knowledge. they went ahead to make lots of inquiry on our credit and that have negatively affected our credit. We return back the car to them and they tried to trick us into signing a new document with their lender but my wife look into the document and say their lender and not ours. Please no one should do business with this dealership because they are bunch of thieves and a very dubious.

Parts Dept Olympia Very Pour attitude

Had them look up Brake pad parts for my 211 CTSV . Subject on phone very short and had a more than some what pour attitude . wanting over 250.00 dollars for each brake pad . We call Summit speed . and got top of the line Hawk brake pads for 65.00 for each pad 260.00 total no shipping charge and they will have the parts at my front door in 48 hours . and the deal wonders why there car racks are empty
