They were advertising a 1973 corvette for around 25,000 which is way to high for that car. They tried to BS me saying that this car was 1 in 30 to be... painted black with tan interior, which was a bold face lie. Anyone in 1973 could have had their car painted to what ever color they wanted for extra. What they did was pay to much for it at the auction block and messed up and are now trying to pass their mistake to the consumer. Stay away from the Tacoma dealership, they will rip you off....
Bought a used BMW X1 and discovered $2500 in uncompleted maintenance after the sale. I expected more from a "family dealership." I was offered... a free battery and repairs at their cost -- funny how their cost is $150 more than retail at my import mechanic.
I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. Andy was great help in finding a car to meet my needs and budget¿ thank you
Bought a 2010 Camaro in February of 2017. The check engine light came on about a week later. Brought it in with the code saying the catalytic converter... went bad. About 6 hours later I picked my car up. They fixed it no charge. Next day the check engine light came back on, wasn't put on properly. Fixed thier mistake. Fast forward till September. Check engine came on AGAIN. I know it's a used car but my 86 El Camino has givin me less problems. Now it's going to cost me 1000 to fix it. PS got the car at 75k miles and I keep getting emails stating that my 75k tuneup is behind schedule. They didn't do it. Cars should last more than 9 months with out a problem, just my opinion. UPDATE Even after my wife went there AFTER i said avoid that place at all costs she went. And Oh My God. Fransisco needs to be FIRED. Lucky i wasn't there. Talking to my wife like a pig. Talking about grocery space and not braking a nail. Get the xxxx outta here. What kind of excuse of a dealership you guys run there? Used cars are crap. Financing is the stuff of student loan rates. now you have xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxx for salesmen? Ya, if i could id give less than 1 star.
Poor buying experience no real leadership no motivation to get the job done the price changed three times on the same car and not in a good way. No transparency... a lot of smoke and mirrors.
My 6th car at Titus Will Parkland for a reason! Since 1998, I've been extremely satisfied with the Titus Will team in Parkland Chevrolet. I just keep... coming back for new cars. Outstanding Sales Department: Gary Carrol and Tracy. Service Department: William, Asa, Laurence. Good listeners, get the job done and courteous!
Customer Service is excellent, I was approached by a maintenance technician as I was pulling in to park. Took care of the paperwork and the oil change... was completed in a very short time, I believe within an hour (I did not watch the clock).
We had a check engine light come on on our 2014 Chevy Express Diesel Passenger Van. I took it in to have it checked and found that the DEF Heater was... faulty. It was covered by the warranty, so I only had to wait for the part to come in. It took 2 days to have the part shipped in. Being a diesel, I know that parts are not common place. I was informed that it would take about 3 hours to replace the tank, being a homeschool mom, I brought 4 of my children to do their school while we waited. While we waited, the kids each wanted a hot chocolate, but there was only 1 packet for them. I was disappointed in the amount of refreshments available. There was only water and coffee. After only 2 1/2 hours though, I was informed that the repairs were finished. In a matter of minutes, we were out the door and on our way.
I went here to purchase a Chevy Tahoe. My trade was negative which I had cash to cover, but it still took them three days to get an approval, all while... running 15 hard inquiries on my credit. I was told I was approved at 5% for the car so I left work early and hauled butt over there to sit for two hours for them to come say perfect we are ready its at 17% I was furious. They say they will work on it can be in contact with me tomorrow and for the continuance they would fill up my car I wasn't trading in (13 gallon tank.) They finally get us approved at 7% we sign pay them the negative we owed on our trade and were done. We go to fill up my car which they did, I say what about the Tahoe, who was just short of the low fuel light being on with its 26 gallon tank, and I'm told "oh we don't fill up used cars" I have never bought a used cat from a dealership where they didn't fill it up let alone have to put gas in it before you get home. You'd think that's the end of the story right. Nope there is more after the fact they took to long to pay off my trade so it occurred more interest than the ten day pay off leaving me paying 40 out of my pocket. I called before they pay of and the sales persons Jorge assured me they would take care of it. I bring them the invoice showing I had to pay 40.02 give it to finance on DEC 10th with a promise they would handle it and call me. I have called them twice with no one willing to talk to me about it. Still no check or even an applogy, then I got to make my first car payment after never getting anything other than a savings account statement from becu so I go in and I am told oh to pay this you have to transfer money from your bank to your savings account. Then you have to transfer from your savings to the car loan. That online transfer from my bank to Thiers takes 3 Buisness days, I ended up switching banks because I didn't want a three step payment process. It would have been nice to be treated like at least a customer vs a piece of crap.
Where to start... I bought a 2005 Mustang Saleen from them 30 days ago. Just two days ago I was visiting a friend in South Seattle and the car started... to make a sputtering noise and I could hear some pressure being released. I pulled over and I saw oil spraying on my drivers side tire. I turned off the car, investigated and saw it was coming from under the car near where the Turbo was installed. I Left my car there overnight and towed it to my friends the next day. Friday night (the night it happened), I called up my salesman from Titus-Will (Bill Leveque) and he said to me word for word "Theres not really much I can do for you since I dropped the price like I did".... YEP because he didn't get full retail, he wasn't willing to even entertain the idea of actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. The he told me that it is a "Performance Car and things break". I informed him I would be calling the sales manager on monday and see if they could help me. Now at this point I wasn't asking for them to fix the car for free. Monday i drove down to south seattle (I live farther up north) called and talked with the Sales Manager Victor at 0940 in the morning. He said he needed to call and talk to Greg who worked on my case. 1120 I called him back since I hadn't heard from him, and he said he was still waiting on Greg to get back to him. 1250 I call him again since no one has been in contact with me, I'm still sitting at my car in South Seattle... he said there was some people there in front of him and he would call me back. I made sure he understood I don't live in south seattle, but I've been there all day waiting for him... 1337 I call and ask for someone above Victor, Karen (who is freaking amazing btw) transferred me to Trevor Will, whom I left a voice mail with, then immediately sent an email. No response to either. 1513 I CALL HIM BACK AGAIN, he didn't answer at this point. 1528 Victor calls me back and says there is nothing he can do for me since it is a "Specialty Vehicle and they can't just be expected to keep fixing it when it breaks. It was running fine when they sold it to me". I had the car towed to my house to where I could actually get under the car and the problem???? The oil return hose from the Turbo had blown loose. It just needed some readjusting and tightening. They didn't even entertain a fix, or offer to look at it or anything. It was literally a 15min fix that if they would have at least attempted, I would be writing a completely different review of them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen... I've been a loyal customer of Bickford Ford, and Mazda of Everett for years, I truly regret that they did not have the car I wanted. DO NOT Buy from them if you want to be treated like an actual customer once you leave the lot.
