My Experience with a great dealership
We will all have a few bumps in the road when it comes to car repairs. Donny my customer service specialist at Chevy has helped with making great suggestions on repairs. I don?t worry about to many repair cost at this moment because I have a warranty so it?s been easy to deal with. If part department just so happen to order the wrong parts for your vehicle, don?t take it out on the service department. Stay patient with them and they will promptly fix the situation and make it right.

TITUS WILL LIES TO CLOSE DEALS
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are dishonest Car Salemans and will lie and deceive for the sale. They will do and say what they need to make the sale. The sale manager and loan officer that closed the deal were in on the lies. Bought a car 11/2022. It was 6k over my set budget but I said that I would buy it if they included the Titus-Will Protected Lifetime Warranty. The car was over the limit for the Warranty by 700 miles. I talked to the Sale Manager and said that if they offer the warranty I will pay price and drive the car of the lot that day. The Sales Managers looked at the car and decided that be that is was in good condition and just slightly over the miles for the warranty anyway they would include it to get the sale. The only reason I went above my budget was due to the extra protections of the added Warranty. When closing the loan, the man in the back, said "why the xxxx did they include the Warranty?" He said that we were getting a xxxx of a deal with the warranty being included. He was clearly unhappy about it. I signed all the paperwork and when I got home I realized I did not see anything conclusive about the Warranty. I went back the next day and asked something about the warranty for my peace of mind. I was met with attitude and horrible customer service. Eventually someone came out and gave me a signed copy of the warranty paper with mine and his signature. He said that the warranty paperwork would show up in the mail in a month or two. It has been 8 months, so I reached out to Titus-Will Chevy and they say they cannot find a record of a sale to me. I reached out to the warranty company on the paperwork and they said they have it voided by Titus-Will last year. Titus Will Chevy has stopped responding. This is a clear case of lying and deceiving to get the sale. Titus-Will Chevrolet, please contact me and add the warranty and I will remove this review. I will be leaving reviews every where possible to protect other customers from your shady sells tactics.

Great Service!
I just had a major car repair to my Honda CRV and it is running like it's was brand new! The location was close to my work and where I live, so I decided to give them a chance. They ran a diagnosis and explained how this problem could effect my safety and my auto. I check out the diagnosis with a couple of courses, and I felt Titus-Will Chevrolet, Tacoma repair shop was the best for me to use! I have been extremely satisficed and it's now been 2 weeks and the problem the problem is solved! Thanks so much! JoLynn

Steer Clear!!
Do not buy from these people. This dealership misrepresented the miles in a truck that we bought. Someone either unplugged or ran the odometer backwards. Long story short the truck was a rotten lemon. We took it back the next day and they tried to make us pay to get our trade in back. We told them we would settle it in court. That made the general manager decide to give us our car back.. When we got the car there were parts taken off of it...thieves! Do not go to this dealership unless you want a terrible time!
