Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

Jessica was fantastic.

Don't Go Here

I really feel let down by them. Normally, I don't like dealerships because I don't trust salespersons to be honest. But everyone said that this place was good so I took a chance. Just in case, we bought the best warranty they had when we purchased the car. Suddenly, the rear control arm broke and the shocks needed to be replaced. We brought the car back to them for repairs and coincidently they said the warranty covers everything... except that. Definitely would not recommend and will tell everyone to look elsewhere for a car. So disappointed.

Worst dealership EVER !!!!!!

I was treated horribly the second I drove off the lot after purchasing a vehicle. They charged me $172 for diagnostic fee when I had already purchased their $2400 extended warranty. Not only did they quote me $900 for a clockspring (said to not be covered) but they also told me it needs brakes and rotors (another $900). I originally brought the car in for a rattling front end and dash lights. They fixed nothing and charged me for diagnostics even though I was told early that day by the sales manager I would NOT be charged as my extended warranty clearly stated $0 deductible. Found out from a GOOD dealership that it was under a recall and that they would fix it free of charge and did so. A simple VIN search would have told them this instead of fighting not fixing it and charging me for diagnostics. They also blatantly lied as I pulled the tires and found the pads had 3/4 life and rotors were fine! In doing that I found also a missing brake clip which was the cause of the rattling. They failed to find that, didn’t fix the clockspring and the. Charged me $172 after saying I wouldn’t be and cited that they fixed the noise complaint by putting a zip tie on the fender wall. So if your looking to get scammed and pay $172 for a zip tie and a warranty that does nothing GO THERE! Also the day I bought the car from them I noticed a small crack in windshield and brought it up to the guy who sold me the vehicle and was told it would be fixed. It also was not fixed and when I came in days later to get an inspection from them when I mentioned it the lady doing inspections was extremely rude for no reason and said that I could have done that. Overall worst dealership I’ve ever been to . Oh yea forgot to mention I helped build these buildings years prior, guess that’s my thanks

Sales person was great… my only complaint is I could have

Sales person was great… my only complaint is I could have got new tires. Just made my 2nd payment on a 26,000$ loan and already need to buy new tires. All this money and not even 2 months later gotta spend more money. Otherwise friendly service.

New Lease

Transitioning from one lease to another was easy and quick. Andy Cooksey made the process simple and was very helpful with the entire process from turning my lease in early to getting a new vehicle.

Highly recommend Jessica!!!

I would highly recommend Jessica Aubin if you are looking to purchase a car. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car. She actively listens, she asks great follow-up questions, she is efficient in handling all the paperwork, she hands off to her coworkers all necessary information they need (ex. finance department, car prep department, insurance runner, etc.) When my new car was ready, she sat in the car and went over all the features in order for me to feel confident to drive my new car off the lot.

Credit Card SURCHARGE!

Brought my truck in for recall and oil change I saw a notice on check in desk “3.5 % charge for credit card” so I cancelled oil change. The charges for service are already higher than non-dealer service shops now they want 3.5% to use your credit card.
