I have worked with Dave and Spanky for many years and have NEVER been disappointed in the service work, body shop repairs or in my vehicle purchases. When pricing, they are fair, honest and do the utmost to give you the best deal possible. I trust them unconditionally, so much so, that I drive approximately an hour one way (South Lyon to Carleton) just so they can service our vehicles. They are people of integrity and genuine concern; something very rare in today's society. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

After weeks of searching online and driving all over looking for a car, I went to Carleton Auto Sales. What a refreshing change in comparison to other dealerships I visited. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, however, meeting Spanky changed my mind; he took customer service to a new level! He had no problem letting me take the car to my own mechanic and then he even took care of the couple of things my mechanic found. Spanky was willing to negotiate and I feel that I left having made a fair deal on the car I purchased. Then, just to top it off, Spanky also personally delivered, as well as put on my new license plate.

Carleton Auto Sales has provided excellent repair service on several of my vehicles over the last 20 years -- from repair of my Granada Ghia when I was rear-ended, to paint repairs on my Mazda, to replacing a passenger side mirror on my Subaru, to innumerable special fixes to my aging 1998 Ford Escort. I am very appreciative of the creative approaches the Carleton Auto Sales staff take in solving my new and 'old car' problems -- and, the quality of repairs is exceptional. The customer is 'first' with this shop! Owners are on site with a very responsive and welcoming approach. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Pricing is unbelievably reasonable. I went to this dealer to get my daughters first car. Spanky, Dave and the team were very nice and were great with getting the car. They specialize in GM Saturn and Ford Focus vehicles. The selection is not large but good quality and fair asking prices. The car I bought worked well and as advertised. The sales process was easy and everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to others!

I would definitely recommend anyone to take a look at their cars. I just bought a Focus and I love it ! As a woman they weren't condescending at all ! They were kind and answered any questions I had. Very nice people!

I love my car that I bought from them very low mileage .It looks almost new. They have a great service center that when I did have to replace a part they dont over charge. I will take my car back there for any repairs I might need in the future. I trust them. Im a woman and have been ripped of so many times. If your looking for a nice used car this is the place to go.
