Worst experience I've ever had buying a car.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Went in to take a look at a car I saw on their website. Turns out the car wasn't even at that location because nobody updates the website and I ended up having to come back. When I test drove the car, I let them know that the washer fluid was not coming out. I decided to buy the car and it felt like they were dragging their feet through the entire process. When it was finally time to pick up the car, I drove away with it to discover that the washer fluid was STILL not working. I had to turn around and come back and wait there for 20 minutes while they fixed it. Took the car home and a couple of days later, the electronic controls started glitching and the engine light came on. Took the car back and they had to order parts. Had to wait a couple of weeks before driving back AGAIN to have the issue fixed. Controls were glitching before I even drove away. I let them know to order another part. Take the car home again to find the controls are glitching even worse than before. I had to deal with this for another week or two (and called them several times because they didn't call me with updates). This time they drove to me as I had already been back and forth a bunch of times. That problem was fixed for about a week before I started having coolant issues. And of course now my warranty is up because they only give you a month. I have to wonder if they even checked over the car before selling it. I'm worried I will just continue to have problems with this car. I DO NOT recommend this place if you're looking to buy a car.

Best Buy in Waterloo, NY

From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was in good hands. Sales Manager George was friendly and professional, made. He listened to my needs and helped me find the best car I could find in my price range. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a happy man in a black sedan!

I love Best Buy

I had the best salesman George Graham he was fantastic i love my beautiful car ❤️❤️ George was so friendly and got everything done a great experience

Can not think of anything

Somebody needs to shut them down. Take a Lawyer with you to reread the contract. Getting too many Auto Rip offs in this country. I think I'm going to lend my Daughter some money for a Lawyer. Even if it costs twice as much for a lawyer than the vehicle, it will be worth it just to prove a point. These dealers pray on your fears.

Caring Chris Waterloo Best Buy auto

Chris Schuldt now has sold me my 2 vehicle with Best Buy auto in Waterloo NY. It was a great experience, was able to get me the financing I needed with a fair monthly payment. Great customer service and there was zero waiting game. I would recommend him to my family and friend.

Very poor experience with the Waterloo office.

I purchased TWO vehicles in the same day in Late March 2019. Both seemed to have coolant leaks from the get go, I took my vehicle back three times, they sent it to the Ford Dealership down the road to have a lock fixed, at that time, PROMISED to have the coolant issue resolved. I spoke with Ford they never had it looked at. Within a few months My CV Axle broke, my entire front end Rack and Pinion went I ended up paying over $5,000 in repairs. BUT WAIT.. there's more. My second vehicle also had a coolant leak, then the electric started to go array, we took it to a mechanic whom spent hours on it in order to fix the issue. Our engine blew on the truck, we took it to Waterloo to have Warranty work done, when we dropped it off we thought the mechanic in Waterloo would fix it. They ended up sending it to their Newark office. With little to no instructions for the mechanic in Newark. It sat at Newark for two weeks before the Mechanic could get to looking at the truck, he did all of the work in about 5 weeks time. He was FABULOUS to work with and we honestly would recommend him and possibly the Newark office as they seem to run a reputable business.

Best Buying experience

I wouldn’t buy a used vehicle from anybody else. The men and women at Best Buy auto sales are the best! I will be back for future purchases!

Unprofessional Experience

I don't believe this dealership has any idea about customer service. They will mislead you, lie to you, make false promises, threaten you as well. I have purchased used cars for many years, and have never seen this level of poor customer service. Do you research before going here, look at all the reviews that can be posted on the internet. Its mind blowing. Ask people you know what their experiences have been with this dealership. Im pretty positive you will shop elsewhere.

STAY AWAY

I bought a Car in April of 2018 and as of Today 12/28/2018 My car has had over $10,000 in repairs done to the car. The dealer ship has done a few repairs but not what they should have. I would NOT recommend Best Buy Auto Sales to ANYONE. My car has been in the shop ore then I have driven it. I have had a New Axel, Transmission, Alternator, Tires, Cam Shaft, O2 Sensor, Steering Sensor, and so much more Done. Their approach to the who process was they were doing me a favor for what little they did help. Unfortunately I now have to take them to Court.
