“Truly the best!

“Truly the best!” Matt Barrett at Porsche Norwell is truly the best. We just purchased our third vehicle from Matt and the entire experience was first rate. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose the right car for us. He diligently responded to all of my questions and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Truly beyond my expectations. Matt has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. I will be referring friends and family to him, and definitely plan to purchase future vehicles from him.

Poor Customer Service / Lack of Integrity I recently

Poor Customer Service / Lack of Integrity I recently purchased a car from out of state, costing nearly $200,000. However, my insurance company has identified the model as incorrect, as it is listed as a different one than what I bought. Additionally, the rear deck/wing of the car is not the same color as the rest of the vehicle, and there is a rattle underneath. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was informed that the vehicle comes with a warranty, but there was no effort made to assist me in addressing these concerns. Registering the car has been a hassle, despite my attempts to clarify the necessary paperwork needed for registration both before and after the purchase. Instead of receiving the Maine title application I requested, I was sent a tiny home application. There has been a lack of effort and consideration on their part to help me register the car without me having to reach out multiple times. There are many other Porsche dealers in nearby states that are known for standing behind their products and providing exceptional customer service. I anticipate a response highlighting that this is not the first time I've tried to cancel a car purchase. My previous cancellation occurred a year ago due to deceptive practices regarding the warranty of a used car, where the safety warranty that dealers are mandated to provide was not what we had discussed.

The next day after an oil service, the exhaust on my

The next day after an oil service, the exhaust on my Cayenne Turbo with 36K miles started to make laud banging noise. I took it back to them to make sure it is not related to anything the have done. The service manager "Jason" told me the flap on the exhaust has gone bad and it the timing is unfortunate and coincidental. Jason charged me $250 diagnosis fee which he had not disclosed upfront. He was supposed to tell me it is not related to the work they have done and it did not take a genius to visually look at the exhaust and say it is the flap (nothing was opened or taken apart for diagnosis). Another Porsche dealer told me the flap may have gone bad because the Porsche Norwell valet driver who delivered my car to my house may have pushed the engine too much and caused the problem!!! Very upset at disappointed at this dealer where I had bought my car!

Rigid and unresponsive.

Rigid and unresponsive. Worst Porsche experience thus far. Tremendously disappointed. A deal could have been in hand, but instead the vehicle sits there collecting dust. Their loss.

Very pleased with the entire sales process.

Very pleased with the entire sales process. Everyone was both responsive and transparent from beginning to end. It’s the way car buying should be.

My 3rd purchase from this dealership and it could not

My 3rd purchase from this dealership and it could not have been easier. Traded in my 911 for a '24 Cayenne S with only 1000 miles on it. Came to dealer just to kill some time but after meeting MAx and having him show me this vehicle, I was hooked. Max did a great jopb with the whole purchase process. Tracy did a great job with everything from the test drive, to getting ready for pickup, showing me the features of the vehicle and post purchase services (XPEL, inspection etc.). Both were amazing with follow up via text, email and calls. Just a super experience.

Do not buy a car from this dealership!

Do not buy a car from this dealership!! Purchase a pre owned 2022 MB SL 55 for $100K Plus....bought in December, 2023...took delivery end of January by transport. Car had noise in right rear wheel well. It got progressively worse until it almost caused a wreck when brake caliper fell into inside of wheel, causing it to veer to the right. Management says not their problem..very poor for Porsche dealer...I own two Porsche's purchased at reputable dealers in Texas. Right now I am entering the 7th week without the SL as it is continues to be in the shop. As of today, I have received no offer from either GM, Alex Ciccolo nor GSM, Andrew Dunn. Car was defective when purchased.

Max answered every email promptly, all the information,

Max answered every email promptly, all the information, every detail addressed. Since he had Taycan on the lot we wanted, he took care of everything before we showed up, so all we had to do was get the intro lesson on all the features, sign the documents, and drive. Much appreciated when kids haven't had dinner yet and hangries were setting in. We were running late and risked having to come back another day due to bad traffic. They managed to get all the docs, etc., wrapped up, and while the dealership was closing for the day, they managed to get the plates while we were going through the delivery process. Really wish more dealers were like that around here.
