WHAT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE, SALES PERSON GREAT!
Buying a car for my daughter, the sales department and the process was stress free and actually enjoyable. We came home with a sweet car, Nissan Rogue 2019 nice car to drive. I recommend the dealership for sure!!

Purchased a Used truck from this dealership few weeks ago, the truck needed some work to be done. Manuel was very helpful and kind in getting all the repairs and scheduling the service. Including loaning us a vehicle until the work is completed. He is Very out going and very easy to deal with!He is an asset to this company! Thank you for all your help. -George However I have returned the Ford F-150 3 times and will be returning it again The same problem Rear window is leaking I was told that it was repaired and the work was checked I was assured that there were no leaks

Easiest buying experience ever
So I bought my first car on Dec 6th and had the best experience in buying my first brand new 2019 Nissan Versa. Unfortunately, on Dec 8th someone ran a stop sign and ran right into the back passenger side of my brand new car. I didn't have my car a whole 48 hours. I've been driving a rental car for the past few weeks and now I was left back at square one because my car was considered a total loss...now I was without a car and my rental is due back on Jan 3rd which is in 3 days. I was stressed out because I was going to be left without a car and on top of everything this all had to happen during Christmas time. Well the staff at Selma Nissan has been by my side throughout all of this mess since I got into my accident. I contacted Diana from Selma Nissan that night and told her about my accident. Since then she has contacted me numerous times this month to see how me and family have been since my wife and my 7 year old nephew was also in the car when the accident happened. Not only did I feel like someone other than my family cared but I also felt like I had support and she reassured me that when it was time to get a new car again that they would take care of me. Well today was the day that I went back to Selma Nissan and as she said, they took care of me! Diego was the one who helped me out with my 2nd "first" car buying experience. As soon as me and my wife walked in the door, they already knew about my story and my situation. After a lot of explaining my story and negotiating with finance companies Diego, Jaime, Ernesto, and Joshua all "fought" for me and did everything they could to get me the car that "I" wanted this time because the first time I went in asking them "what car can I qualify for?" and this time I went in there and told them exactly what I was looking for. So today Dec 31, 2018 I bought my 2nd "first" brand new car a 2019 Nissan Sentra and I couldn't be any more happier, thankful, satisfied, relieved, etc. and I can definitely breathe a little easier now. Thank you again to all of the staff at Selma Nissan and especially Diana, Diego, Ernesto, Jaime, and Joshua for everything that you all have done to make my experience still be a positive one. When it is time for my wife to buy a new car we will definitely be going to Selma Nissan again and next will be for my son since he will be 18 pretty soon. I appreciate it very much. I love my new 2019 Nissan Sentra and will and have already recommended them to family and friends. Until next time...thanks again! They have great hospitality and are very knowledgeable. The staff at Selma Nissan are very welcoming and supportive. They are there waiting to greet you as soon as you park in the parking lot. They are not pushy and they will do their best to have you leave with exactly what you want. Easiest buying experience ever
I just bought my first brand new car from Nissan of Selma and I had the best, the most easiest, worry free experience that I have ever had in my life. All of the staff were completely pleasant and very understanding of my situation. They have all been very supportive and have contacted me numerous times after my purchase to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase which has been very comforting. I feel very confident and comfortable with my choice and I'm very glad that I came to Nissan of Selma to buy my brand new car. On top of all of that my wife is also very happy with the service that they gave to me. She will be going to them when it's time for her to get a new car. I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends and thank all of the staff that helped me out.
Great experience in buying!
My wife needed/wanted a new car. Previously we had a Lexus RX350 and most recently, a Lincoln MKX SUV. I did my usual research online, which is my preferred way to buy. Last year, we had gone to Las Vegas on vacation and rented a Nissan Murano. I was thinking to myself how ugly (IMO) the new Lexus line is (Picture a Transformer toy, with a cow catcher sticking out of the front end...too angular, and not appealing to us), and remembered that our rental Murano was a pleasure to drive. Smooth steering and a gaggle of technology. I did a "build" on Nissan's website and was flabbergasted that the Platinum trim level had no "package" options. EVERYTHING comes on the vehicle: Panoramic sun roof, seating for 5, plenty of cargo space, a V6, a (check THIS out) 360 degree, birds eye view of the entire vehicle camera system, BLIS, "radar" cruise control. In short everything but a mini-fridge and a bunk bed. I contacted them and they found my wife a silver with graphite interior and transferred it in to the dealership. We took delivery and, after I had driven and programmed the vehicle for her, I jokingly told her "I want one! [sad faced]" She said "Go for it!" I didn't need a second confirmation. I got on the horn with their Internet Mgr., Eliana Casarez and told her the story. They didn't have the color I was looking for, but found one and had it transferred in. Long story short, we love our Muranos and are impressed with the customer service we received from a motivated staff at Selma Nissan. They went above and beyond! I wish all dealers could offer the same kind of customer service. I ran a family business for 30 years that was known for our customer service and I became very quickly aware of how vitally important it is to a successful business. We also felt comfortable with everyone we dealt with. No pressure tactics! Great job!
Great work ethic! They did not delay and helped us immediately! They even called after our purchase to make sure the car was running smoothly.
Traded in my old van for a used van from them. They told me they were going to waive 2 months of payment, in which it was a lie. Now I will be paying 2 months behind. They did not even replace one of the wipers and aligned the tires of the van I bought from them. I called in to see if I can have them take care of them, they said they were going to call me back on it, but they did not. Not a happy customer.
over 5 salesman approached my vehicle trying to get me out, it was very rude. i had to go in reverse and try to leave while another salesman tried to stop my car
