Unfulfilled Due Bill
I purchased my Nissan frontier in June 2021. First I had problems with the LoJack and Cilijet that came with the vehicle. This issue was finally resolved. I also had a due bill that has been unfulfilled for almost a year. In the Due bill they were supposed to black out my grill, put black wheel covers on my truck, and install seat covers. A few weeks after I bought the truck they made an appointment to do this, it took two days and they did not finish any of the work, except for the seat covers. They finally agreed to put sidesteps on my truck to fulfill the due bill. When they installed them they were not the side steps that had been promised so I did not accept the truck. They removed them. Now when I contact them they don’t even call me back. I have bought several cars from the Selma Auto Mall and I’ve never been so poorly treated.

Katia was as delightful and knowledgeable as they come. She has made a car hunting experience manageable and entertaining. I would recommend her and the Selma Nissan dealership to both family and friends.
During our visit we were greeted politely by David who had lots of information about every car we inquired about we were able to work out a great deal and drive off in a Genesis.
