NO BUSINESS ETHICS

So I'll just tell the story and let the reader be the judge. I found here a car I was looking for, i talked to a salesman, agreed upon a price, gave them my info to start the paperwork. I was happy and excited about that car, I was searching for a while for it. One week later everything was exactly the same, given all kind of reasons about financing or DMV. I even offered to go there and pay cash, just to ease the process, but I was told "it's not necessary, everything is approved, we're working on it". So I decided to be patient and give them more time. And then, few days later I get a call from the salesman saying "We sold your car". Just like that, end of story. You cannot even imagine how disappointed and frustrated I felt after almost two weeks of hassle and phone calls and time wasted. This place should be named BOGUS Auto Sales, that would be perfectly accurate.

Best Dealership

This is our second car we bought from Bogue and certainly won't be our last as we are definitely loyal customers given how nice, clean, professional and how easy the car buying experience is at Bogue.

Top Customer Service

The service manager was so nice when I brought my car back for a few minor things we caught after purchasing, like the regular service light came on shortly after we bought it, he not only offered to do it, but changed the oil and made sure everything was top notch for me. This made me feel extremely safer due to I drive with my kids in the car. Since it was going to take a few hours to get done, he drove me home so I didnt have to sit at the dealership and he had to go that way anyway. He also didnt judge me on my zero knowledge of car parts especially diesel and referred to things as Fluidmoobobber, and Thingamajigs. I will definitely be returning for my service and car purchasing needs as well as referring friends and family.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. PLEASE SAVE THE HEADACHE.

Absolute worst experience. I've been waiting on a phone call back from the owner Brian for over a week now. I've called every day and conveniently he is always in a meeting or not there. All the problems that were promised to be fixed came back after being in the shop at Oceanside for over 3 months!! 3 plus months straight being in the shop and the car comes back with problems. Please learn from my mistake and don't buy from here.

Superb Personal Service

I was so very much impressed with our Salesman Brett and Mike the owner, the process was flawless and the attention to detail was exceptional. They really took care to find us a lender within our budget and we were able to drive away that day. It was a great experience.

hidden mechanical problems

I purchased a vehicle from Bogue auto sales and the process was smooth. until..... 3 months later that I noticed the front tires wearing on the inside. I rotated the tires and purchased new ones. then those started to wear on the inside. that's a full set of tires in 4 months. upon further inspection, the reason was a lot of suspension issues. 500 dollars later and a full set of tires, 800 dollars problem fixed. then a good hard freeze. windshield wiper fluid freezes on impact of windshield. they just added water. next day, overheating and a cracked radiator. only water in the cooling system. they cut corners and shame on me for not checking the coolant before it got cold. If you buy from these guys check the vehicle from top to bottom. I called to let them know this and spoke to the sales manager. All he said was sorry. Kept saying sorry after I said something.

Skip All The Other Dealerships!

I had a fairly easy process of getting my car. It took only 2 days for the entire transaction to be finalized. The staff is very customer service oriented and makes you feel like family. Bill, my salesman was kind and had a great sense of humor. The vehicles in this lot are all fantastic as well- they have an auto shop and all access to maintainence. I would highly recommend Oceanside to anyone looking for a great used vehicle!

High Pressured Sales Technique

I went here to look at several vehicles. The first vehicle was an overpriced 2002 Toyota Tacoma with a considerable amount of rust underneath it The rust literally fell off in chunks into my hand, and they were asking 12K for the vehicle. The interior of the car was dirty as well. The car could not have been worth half of the 12K they were asking. I then went back to inquire on a Chevy Tahoe. The sales man was cheesy and laying it on thick. The demeanor of the salesman was unprofessional, and he knew very little about the car itself, or any of the other cars we looked at on the lot. When I tried to disengage with him he roped me into going inside where he stated, "The sales manager wants to meet you". This was untrue because the sales manager was too busy talking to his owner and father when we came inside. He literally needed to be pulled away from his conversation by the salesman in order to speak to us. I didn't even want to speak to him anyways! Why bother the sales manager. I am not buying your car man. It was really just an unprofessional experience. This is really too bad because they have some really cool cars there. There was also an occasion in which I called in order to get more information about the vehicle, and my call was not returned even thought he salesman stated that he would call me back. At least act like you want my money right?!?!
