"A rare gem"

This is a rare gem in the auto buying universe. The car I was looking for is uncommon and I found one an hour away. I called the dealership and all I asked for was the color and if it had a leather interior. He sounded very uninterested and told me he would call back. Well I never got that call and I was not going to waste my time informing the manager what kind of sales staff he/she had. On the other hand I see a car ad here and talk to Tim, the difference is between day and night. Tim had the motivation and enthusiasm as if he were selling his first car. Even more to his credit was that this was one of; if not, the least expensive cars on the lot. I flew in from Kansas City and was met within five minutes since the dealership is conveniently just outside the Akron/Canton airport perimeter. The paperwork took no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I just wish I got there a day earlier to watch cartoons with the finance lady children. Thank You Tim.

Fabulous car buying experience!

During my search for a new vehicle I was in contact with Tom Murry. He knew what I was looking for and what options my new car would have to have. When Tom found the car that fit my criteria he let me know and even stayed late so that I could make the hour plus trip to Motion Autosport to see the vehicle in person. Tom found me a Lexus RX350 that was just beautiful inside and out. There wasn't any pressure from him to "decide if I wanted it on the spot". Tom was very knowledgeable about the car and the features it had and was able to answer all of my questions. He made my decision to purchase very easy. Tom had found the car that I had been looking for! Finance Manager, Jennifer Barnhart made the finance part of the deal go very smoothly. She too answered all of my questions and the process took very little time. She is extremely organized! Owner Brett Lukovski runs a great dealership. His team has one goal: make the car buying experience a no-pressure, positive experience! I would recommend Motion Autosport to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car for themselves! You won't be disappointed!

Salesman was RUDE

Saw a GMC available thru Cars.com but no picture was available, I called and was told it was being detailed and they would call when it got back. Got the call and headed over. The truck was great! The salesman... Not so much. He kinda came out with a little bit of an attitude, no biggie, I've dealt with all kinds of salesmen. Went over the truck, had cash to buy, told him I would like to take it to my mechanic, he said, I have a mechanic here... I thought he was joking, he wasn't! I told him, I'd still like to have my guy take a look, he said, (well you have to put a deposit down first)! I've bought many cars, had my guy look at all of them, NEVER had to put a deposit down to take it to my mechanics! I told him I had looked at a truck up above Youngstown earlier in the week and they had offered to let me drive it all the way to Canton to let my mechanic look at. His reply... They are desperate... I'm not!!!??? Seriously? I told him I loved the truck, but didn't like him! I'd rather go without than to deal with someone like him! Told him I didn't like his attitude and to have a nice day and took my leave. Lost a for sure sale there. Won't be back if that's the kind of people they employ.

Excellent experience

Our 1st time Wrangler purchase was a very pleasant, no pressure experience thanks to Tim - he was knowledgeable & informative and also fun & super chill. We drove a few Jeeps, then took the tops off and drove them again (we learned the Wrangler wave - gotta know that!). Tim never pressured us or asked that dreaded question "what do I have to do to get your business today?" This dealership has a very unique inventory & culture and their approach with customers is relaxed because these special automobiles speak for themselves. We are thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership.

Tom Murry was very pleasant and very helpful. From the moment we stopped just to see the inventory, to the next day when we decided come back and make the purchase after sleeping on it. Absolutely no pressure and no sales pitch. Thank you!

"Best Car Dealership"

I live an hour away from Motion Autosport, and have just recently made my third purchase of a vehicle from here. The reason why I travel such a far distance can easily be answered, but cannot be duplicated by any other dealership. The quality of vehicles here is the highest I have ever seen. But, what makes Motion Autosport worth visiting is the staff. I have purchased dozens of cars and thought that putting up with a pushy car salesman was just part of the process. Fortunately, the staff at Motion Autosport was never taught that lesson. This recent purchase I dealt with Tom, a younger salesman, whose knowledge of vehicles far surpasses his age. He was polite; respectfully, and not at all pushy. He seriously made the purchase of a vehicle a lot less stressful. I commend Brett for training his entire staff at a level that is not matched at any other car dealership I have visited. I would urge any reader to make the time to go to Motion Autosport. You will be treated fairly in a courteous and professional manner and will be amazed at the quality of their inventory.

Great service

Tim and Brandon were stand up & to the point. We got in the vehicle we wanted & we're very happy with the experience!! We would definitely recommend. Lots of high end vehicles at low end prices

Brandon very very rude salesman!!!

It was the worst experience that I ever had trying to buy a car! The salesman was one of the most rudest person I ever dealt with! Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!!

Sales and Finance

The guys at Motion were not only on the ball, they hit it out of the Park!! I received a call within 15 minutes after an inquiry about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. Tim in financing was very helpful with my questions regarding a payment plan that I could afford. These guys are Top Notch in my book. Felt like I was dealing with very sincere people when it came to my automobile problems.
