Sold a vehicle we drove 3 hours one way to purchas
Drove 3 hours to buy a Jeep , had text the sales person every step of the way . The sons of a xxxxx sold Iran’s didn’t tell us .

The worst experience ever. These people are the biggest rip-off artists I ever dealt with. Bought a F 150 so far I had no owners manual no extra keys all in which Brett was going to send me never happened. I had to buy this myself cost $ 226.00 I had to put in new air conditioner cost $ 1,000.00 Defrost for rear window and mirrors does not work cost $ 1 ,500.00 trailer harness does not work. So if you are buying a vehicle from these rip offs stay away you will get Burned.

Good experience
I've had both bad and good buying experiences from dealerships, and this was one of the better ones. I sent an email inquiring about a vehicle, I got a response from Tim and he had it washed and ready for me to test drive the same day. We gave him a price I could afford and they worked with us on my trade to try and get me to where I needed to drive off the lot in that car. He was an honest enough guy, and was straightforward about everything. The entire staff we dealt with was friendly and would consider buying from them again.

Best experience ever
Went to look at an F150 and trade in my old one. The truck I came to look at was spotless and they did not low ball me on my trade. Financing was better than I could have got on my own and faster. Very nicely done. We will be back

Buyer Beware
This is my exact email to Brett their owner. Basically, we agreed on a sale for the car and as they were preparing my purchase agreement and loan documents, they got a local buyer who offered them a better deal so rather than accept my $1,000 (which I was blindly putting down in good faith without any documents or seeing the car in person), they sold it to someone else. Read below for the details. Hi Brett, So after locking down the details yesterday with Tom over text on price, financing, shipping, etc. I requested a copy of the purchase agreement and loan document to review and complete. He then called me this morning notifying me that they were preparing the packet and would be sending today and specifically mentioned you were aware. Then, suddenly, I get a frantic call and text that you are selling this car to a local and I need to provide my CC to stop the sale. Within 12 MINUTES I gave him the CC info. Mind you, I have not had a chance to even see the vehicle, no purchase agreement with a price was ever presented to me, no note with the financing details was provided, you guys ran my credit, etc. That is a lot of good faith on my end in you, your team, and your organization. You could basically change the price of the car or the details of the financing and once my deposit is put down, I would have little recourse for the $1,000. I actually asked Tom suspecting there was a prepayment clause and sure thing, after asking the finance manager, there was, so lord only knows what other clauses you guys would slip into the note. Let me add you guys juiced the APR 7/10th's of a point over a market rate loan that I had already been approved on (my credit is 800 ) and insisted I use your lender. Then, all afternoon, I am following up for an update and have to call back and forth a few times before Tom breaks the news that you guys sold the vehicle. How is it possible that setting up a purchase agreement and loan documents took all morning for you guys yet the vehicle was sold in 12 minutes before my deposit would be accepted? This is pretty unbelievable and I am actually astonished you guys treat customers this way. To Tom's credit, he was very nice through the entire process so I hope he is getting a split on that commission if he didn't ultimately get the sale. I don't know if it was you or the GM that made that call but that is not how you treat people.

Nice ppl.!
Brandon was my salesman . sold me the mini Cooper countryman John Cooper works . it's manual transmission and a bad xxx good-looking car. I like it very much. After test driving and leaving with it , didn't notice at the time the hub bearings for some odd reason are bad so i had the car looked at and found they are bad and called Brandon to let him know and right away they took care of the issue .im very impressed with that . other than that , they got me finance and into a new car that i am happy with. Motion auto sport out in canton have a nice variety of awesome sports cars , trucks and reasonable pricing . they are nice ppl and willing to do anything they can in their power to get you into a car of your linings.
