Wish I could give this company 0 stars!! Reporting to the BBB and state of South Carolina! The owner of this company BRIAN BERNARD 5407 Silver Creek Dr Waxhaw, NC 28173, Is the most unethical,dishonest, manipulative low life car salesman we’ve ever met. Please take our advice and learn from our mistakes! They threatened to sue me if I left a negative review but I DONT CARE! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEIR GETTING INTO WITH THESE SLEEZBALLS! They are extremely nice until the paperwork is signed then it pretty much screw you! Very demeaning to women and I don’t know how they can sleep at night doing the things and treating ppl the way they do! I’m disgusted! They pray on the weak and uninformed car buyer that’s just looking for a honest deal and decent vehicle! Be aware of the company and it’s policies. There are SO MANY places to purchase a vehicle out there, don’t waste your time, energy and hard earned money on this company! -5 stars

I really hate looking for cars and was hesitant to find this car and buy it but Bob made it so easy and so hassle free that I decided I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. They really treat you like a customer and not just like a nobody off the street.

The thought of purchasing used cars for my 2 "fairly new to the road" sons, was stressful for me in that I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on something they would probably "dog" but wanted it to be reliable enough to get back and forth and safe. We had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Brian, who was nonchalant about the sale in that he wasn't all in our faces just trying to sell us something...something I despise in a salesperson. He made us a more than fair offer on the vehicles, while offering to fix some minor problems. We ended up buying two used vehicles from him strongly because there was something about his demeanor that made us feel he was trust-worthy. I would highly recommend Bernard Motorcar Company to any and everyone i know who may be looking for a used vehicle. As a matter of fact, soon as a used pick-up comes to his lot within my price range, trust and believe, I will be back.
