Update: To add insult to injury. I get a phone call from the dealership just to tell why they not gonna replace it(which I figured that out)and rather send it to auction. It's a part 1 of your associates broke. Right thing to do is to fix what u break instead of lying to the potential buyer and making them eat what y'all messed up. Business is business. I understand paying high price to fix something but also standing by your word is a big part of the business also.

my experience with Smart Dodge
02/06/17 Thanks to your company I have a vehicle that I love. Matt McDaniel was very patient with me for hours trying to decide on my trade. I wanted a vehicle with lower payments than my 2012, and Matt did just what I asked. I now have a new Dodge Charger with lower payments and I love the drive. Thanks, Matt
Our salesman, Joshua, was absolutely amazing. He sold us 2 cars in less than a week and we were in and out of there like it was nothing.

My family and I went in to take a look at a few different options, nothing specific in mind, just seeing what our options where. We were helped by David Lousteau and he was phenomenal ! He was very hospitable, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in what there was out there. I usually hate dealing with car salesmen but David was great ! Will definitely be giving him our business next time we are in !

Poor Service Department
Took vehicle in for repair, the next day after picking it up, I had two issues of which they only fixed one. The other engine light they will not even check unless I pay a diagnosis fee, took vehicle to car part store for diagnosis, looks like the service tech possibly damaged wiring, I will need to take to another dealership to have repair done.. Service and Store manager will not take or return my calls. You would be SMART, not to trust this dealership.

I had no problems. Everything went smooth & Mr. Dean was the best. He made my experience wonderful. Me being a first time buyer he made sure he explained everything to me. He didn't try to get over me or anything. He had my trust all the way through. I thank him for the honesty and willing to help me out.
