Mini of Mt Laurel Mini of Mt Laurel Our 2022 Mini convertible “S” is a great car. My experience with Mini of Mt laurel service department was at one point not up to par, however when they realized that I was unhappy the serves manager personally contacted me and followed up until everything was complete and correct. When it comes to business things happen. When they step up and correct those mistakes you know you have selected the right Dealer to purchase and service your car. Thank you Mini of Mt laurel

My salesman James was the best!

My salesman James was the best! If you are looking for a new MINI this is the place to go! Super nice and so helpful! They answer any questions you have and will help you get what you are looking for. I will definitely be back here in a few years to make another purchase!

Michael (New vehicle sales manager) was very helpful,

Michael (New vehicle sales manager) was very helpful, especially since I had no appointment and just "popped in" unnannounced on a weekday. My salesman (James) was off that day but Michael was just as helpful as James. He actually went above & beyond and couldn't have been more acommodating.

The best buying experience ever.

The best buying experience ever. James got the exact car that I wanted and I love it. Before I left the lot he explained every feature of the car. I drove away happy and confident. I would definitely buy another car there.

I had an AC problem during a heat wave.

I had an AC problem during a heat wave. Mini fit me in right away and I was able to have a loaner which made everything easier. The whole experience was perfect - everyone I spoke with on the phone and in the shop were professional and personable and helpful in every way.

Let down, again...

An entire month has gone by without any explanation on what is "wrong" with my navigation system. When it glitches and says it needs an update, mini tried charging me 430+. When i asked for explanation i was told there wasnt a problem with it and they would still service it if i want. What i want is my mini, and the employees that represent mini, to be trusted with my vehicle and money. Not hussled. Not lied to. And definitely not manipulated by ignorance. It has been a month and my navigation system is still not working AND i am still waiting from

Mini of Mt. Laurel service

I thought I just needed air in my tires as the warning lights were on but as I kept driving, the car felt funny. As it was a Friday I didn't want to leave it over the holiday weekend. I drove straight to Mini into the service garage.....Once the tech looked at my car, he told me there was a nail in my tire and took me to see Mr. Thornhill. He looked everything up for me and said everything would be taken care of and they would change my break fluid as well. I had other questions and he took the time to go over everything and gave me advice, etc. Mr. Thornhill was very thorough and patience and helped to calm my nerves.
