THIS DEALERSHIP JUST TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT HAVE MY

THIS DEALERSHIP JUST TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT HAVE MY $1000.00 DEPISIT BACK BECAUSE WE DID NOT HO THROUGH WITH A DEAL. I told the salesman that I wanted my mechanic to look over the car before we finalized. There were things wrong with the car that I even agreed to pay for labor wise if they provided the parts. Amidst me giving them the check from Navy Federal one thing after another came about until I was fed up and asked them to cancel the deal. There was even two accidents on the car fax that I was not told about. They told me no because we had signed paperwork but I had not test driven the car nor picked it up. Then the manager tells me today 11/17/23 which is three days later than he should not be talking to me because my fiancés name was on the check from Navy Federal and that I could not have my deposit back. After financing charges this car was almost $40,000.00 Who wants to be pressed into a $40,000.00 uncertain purchase. I have been buying cars for a long time and these people are by far the worst people I have ever dealt with. Now I have to go to small claims court over a $1000.00 deposit that I do not feel comfortable about them not giving back.

Worst experience!

Worst experience! my mother in law bought a car with the intent of them fixing the scratches that were to the metal. it looked horrible when we went to pick it up didn't even use the same color paint and they stuck different pieces to try to cover it up. didn't clean the car like they said and expected us to take it anyways. said they would try to send it to someone else and would be longer without a car. told them we werent taking the car and they said they were keeping the 4000 deposit! 4000!!!! when they didn't hold up there end of the deal!!!! do not waste your time and money. they are crooks!!!

Worst experience!! Do not purchase from this dealer.

Do not purchase from this dealer. Absolutely the worst car salesman, managers at this location. I purchased my vehicle last day of March, from that day forward it has been nothing but repairs and headache. I tried to reach out to Mark (manager of this dealership) and he never returned my call. He had his salesman that sold me my car John Thomas reach out and say that Mark had asked him to reach out to me "as a courtesy" but he doesn't have time to deal with my issues. I was told that it was wear and tear on the vehicle since I am a "rough driver'" and it is all my fault that i had to replace a battery, Rotters and breaks and oil since having a car less than 3 months.

Not too positive.

Not too positive. Some of it my deal. But the day we were going to see the truck at noon, it sold! Didn’t get a chance to even see it.

Stepped on the lot first thing in the morning and was

Stepped on the lot first thing in the morning and was greeted by Angelo Azuar. Conversation was so casual and pleasant, felt like meeting up with an old friend. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and worked with us to purchase our new to us Chevy Suburban. Without a doubt, we would work with Angelo and Mini of Knoxville again to purchase a car.

Mini of Knoxville took great care of my son Justin! He was looking for a great deal on a new MINI and Darrien and the team bent over backwards to make it happen! I will be telling all my friends and family to come see the crew at MINI of Knoxville!

Car buying nightmare averted by Mini of Knox

I came to Mini of Knoxville on Memorial Day after Toyota of Knoxville tried to strong arm me into a pile of crap (I'll be writing that review later. I met with Andy Basler, great guy, no force salesmanship. We looked through a few vehicles I decided that I liked the 2018 Santa fe. Being pre approved for a loan he said this will be no issue to get me into. There was an issue NOT ON MINI'S End. I guess the loaner was having some tech issues. Andy worked his xxx off to get around the problem. This man could have through his hands in the air and said "We can't do it," at any point, but he didn't. The problem was resolved, I have the car I wanted, and I happy. I have and will continue to recommend Mini of Knoxville to my friends and co works. In a few years I will head strait there for my next vehicle. My best friend has already stated he is going to Mini of Knoxville for his next vehicle as long as he doesn't get sent else out of Tennessee for his military career. Andy was a solid guy, I never felt pushed or pressured, and again He worked his xxx off.

MINI of Knoxville went out of the way to make it right for me! I recently purchased a used MINI convertible and almost immediately got a small tear in my top! Oh my I was so upset but MINI of Knoxville gave me what I paid for it to help me buy my very first brand new MINI! They even delivered it to me in Alabama! Awesome Dealership!!

We just bought our New F-150 from Mini of Knoxville. Everyone was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. My wife was very nervous about buying her first car but only after a few minutes with their staff, she was laughing and enjoying the purchase. Cheers to Brian Burkett, our Sales Person and Todd Viney who helped us with Finance. Highly Recommend Checking them out!! By the way, our daughter is also looking for a Car now,haha
