Great flexibility in meeting customer needs.

Great flexibility in meeting customer needs. I had a situation which required my car to be towed on a Friday night. I had it towed to the dealership in the middle of the night. That night I went online to make an appointment to get it repaired. The first available appointment was a few days away on Tuesday. I went out of town on Sunday and was returning on Monday. Monday morning I spoke with the service department who were very nice and assigned my car to someone very quickly with a promise to try to get it fixed that same day. I was notified later that day that my car would be ready by 5:00 pm. I returned from my trip as quickly as I could to get to the service department. Unfortunately, I arrived after the service department was closed. A kind salesman tracked down a manager who helped me retrieve my car that same night. Having my car to drive that extra day early made my day.

I had an 8:30 appointment this morning for routine

I had an 8:30 appointment this morning for routine maintenance in the service department and thought I would be out of there by 9:30, 10:00 tops …. I drove my car off the lot at 2:27! At 11:11 I received a text saying there was a delay and they needed “a couple of hours” more. I absolutely understand there are delays but, I feel I was not kept informed of the situation nor given options to reschedule. I do have to say thanks to Ken who was very helpful. The whole staff were wonderful but I still felt neglected.
