I purchased a Colorado and added platinum package for

I purchased a Colorado and added platinum package for undercoating ,paint protection and fabric. Dropped vehicle off on monday to get the work done . I got called on Tuesday afternoon saying the vehicle was done and ready to pick up. Drove truck home and looked underneath the truck nothing was done no signs of any undercoating . Waited till next day and service person called to see how the experience was and I told her nothing was done except vehicle detailed she transfered me to service where advisor told me he had to call me back.I recieved a call back saying the work was not done at all and I needed to drop off again to complete the work. Advisor was very apologetic. My concern is this was a 1200 job and if I wouldn't have checked this would not have been noticed. As a customer one should not have to double check and make sure the work was completed. I am very concerned for customers that do not have the knowledge this would have gone un noticed. There was alot of disorganization in the dept. Not sure if I would ever take my vehicle to have serviced at this location. I am very UNHAPPY with the service dept. No manager got involved was just pushed of as it wasn't a big deal. The 1200 was obviously not a concern to the dept.I have never seen such a disregard for customers.

As always, superb service and friendly, knowledgeable associates! I trust my cars and their care to no one but Beardmore! Keith, Hayley, Michelle, Darien, John, and others in service, and Lyle, Todd, And Royce in sales, and Scott and Wayne in parts treat me like a valued customer! Haven received such friendly treatment anywhere else!

Very easy to get an appointment. I could select a day/time that worked best for my schedule. The advisor thoroughly explained the required services and which ones were urgent or could be delayed. They completed service quickly and correctly.

Scheduling an appointment and drop off process is easy.

Scheduling an appointment and drop off process is easy. Staff thoroughly explained what will happen and provided a designated contact person for follow-up. The communication after drop off was not great so had to go onsite a couple of times to get detailed information. Received vehicle back better than when it was dropped off, but not all work complete due to required part on back order. Overall staff was courteous, paperwork and payment process were easy.
