I needed a maintenance evaluation done on my 2013 Chevy Silverado. Andrew Combs was the individual walking me through the process and helping me understand... every aspect of the diagnosis. He always handled things with a smile. This is a corporate truck, so having to deal with the fleet management folks was not an easy task. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He provided information on a timely basis. Not once did I feel as though I was a burden. Even when I had to retrieve my tool bags from the truck.

Very low pressure. They let me lead the sale. Salesmen do zero with numbers. Royce the sales manager worked very hard to get numbers as good as possible.... Very patient and professional-- highly recommend!
Fave Schoonover is one of the best in the business. Haarlem free and listened to what we wanted.
These reviews are obviously fake. Look at the names. This place is a joke. Won't offer you any kind of value on trades, and no wiggle room on a new car.

As far as I know, Beardmore did everything I asked them to do, and everything seems very positive. I did buy my Impala here, but not on this visit.
Our sales manager was awesome. We found the suburban on a Sunday nite and inquired about it and when the dealership opened up Monday at 9am my husband... had a call from a sales manager and they got to work on everything over phone and I drove 6hours one way to pick up my new Chevy suburban that nite. Which I love by the way. We did have a mishap with the financial part. Some extra charges where added but everything was taken care of and made right. We did have one bad experience with a financial manager but everyone else I talked with to get the issue fixed was very helpful about getting things set right. I would consider buying another vehicle from them when I am in the market again.
This particular visit was very disappointing. All I got for 400 plus dollars was an oil change and a bad diag.Was told I had bad head gasket do to oil... in coolant and suggested a new engine at a price of 14000$. Took it to precision diesel and all it needed was a oil cooler and glow plugs.

Really great experience, there was no pressure at anytime to buy or try to get met to buy a different veichel. The salesman answered all my questions.... The finance person was really nice explaining all the different options available and at no time was he pushy for me to buy them. I would absolutly recommend to friends and family.
