My experience with Beardmore was too good to be true, they were friendly and very helpful, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything, knowledgeable and explained everything too me, just awesome Alyssa H and Keith R were the BEST

Lost cause

Went in for service on new vehicle Purchased in 2022 and shop for a used vehicle. I have purchased three new vehicle from Beardmore in the past few years. Never again. High turnover rate in staffing ? Place really sucks now. CUSTOMER SERVICE: needs to put a sign up that says “do not bother me.” Sales people very condescending and disrespectful. Sticker price plus on all deals. “Financing is math, you don’t understand how it works.” QUALITY OF WORK: Nope. Service department kept my vehicle three weeks past the original one week estimate. Oil stains on the interior. Parts warped from lying in a pile. Leaks under the vehicle. Dismissive when inquiring as to when these discrepancies can be reconciled. BUYING PROCESS: was given the impression they don’t sell cars. OVERALL FACILITIES :Subaru new and clean. Chevrolet , just in there long enough to see how much it stinks and be sent on your way.

Buyer beware

Our salesperson was Catherine Smith, if she was the only person we dealt with at beardmore Subaru, there wouldn’t be enough stars on the scale to rate her high enough. She was amazing from first contact til the time we drove away in my wife’s new car. She walked through everything on the vehicle with my wife over FaceTime and explained everything in detail to her. She actually focused on my wife (who is the primary driver of this vehicle) and not me. Then we get to the “sales manager” Dave Schoonover. I should have known he wasn’t an honest broker when he started talking about his “wholesale buyer” in negotiating the lowball trade in value on our extremely low Mileage and clean trade in. He was very condescending and kept shooting down every counter offer. I told my wife and the salesperson exactly what they ended up putting it on the lot for because they are going to keep it. Guess what, I was only $100 off in my estimation. We are going to be in the market in a few months again for another vehicle, but because of the actions of the sales manager, we will probably be shopping somewhere else where they deal fairly. DJ the finance manager was very quick, to the point and not pushy at all. 5/5 stars

Todd Beardmore and the whole team at Beardmore Chevrolet made buying my car a great experience!! I?ve already referred them to my friends and family. Easy going conversations, relaxed atmosphere and overall was a fun buying process!! They even stayed late for me! I highly recommend everyone to go there!
