Don's Adopt A Car

Fantastic repair facility that has me continually coming back when ever I need service. I’ve enjoyed their customer service so much that I bought a car from them this past summer. Planning on coming back when our family hauler needs to be replaced in a few years.

Worst car buying experience ever. I should have gone to Sundance, I am happy with my overpriced S.U.V. but not one aspect of Dons adopt a car. I used a power washer to get their sticker off my tailgate. I'm embarrassed to say I bought a car at don's adopt a car, i should have went to Sundance.

Shopping from out of state is always a little difficult and you have to try and get a good bearing on the seller and vehicle of interest. Matt was good to work with, very straight up, and didn’t push me for a sale, but promptly replied to my questions. He went above and beyond with an accessory add-on even after the sale was executed. Also, when a few minor service issues were discovered right after I took possession, he took care of the service bill even with me taking care of it a couple states away. Again, I was impressed with the outcome of a situation that could have been ignored. Matt was also willing to meet me at the nearest airport in Michigan to help make my pick up of the vehicle as easy as possible. I would recommend working with them.

I would highly recommend Don's Adopt a Car to anyone looking for a vehicle. They treat you well and they have integrity. I've had two very positive experiences there about 3 years apart. Each time they went out of their way to help me. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.
