I came into the dealership on a whim on July 3, 2024.

I came into the dealership on a whim on July 3, 2024. I left three hours later with a new Honda Civic Touring. This was the best, calmest, easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Chris is lovely to work with!!!!

I always take my SUV to them but today was very

I always take my SUV to them but today was very frustrating for my husband. A simple oil change took almost 3 hours with no communication from the service staff until it was time for them to rotate the tires. Very disappointing.

I have been coming to this dealership on and off since

I have been coming to this dealership on and off since 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had originally said about 2 weeks, which I understand because there can always be hiccups. I think I spent about $1,500 all together for parts and labor which I thought was a little crazy but oh well, needed to be done! 9 months later I’m driving down the interstate with my wife and dogs and heard a loud pop, looked in the review and the lips flying off. I call the next day they are open to see what can be done and I get told the person that did my last oil change must of not put it on correctly and to go ask them if they did. They also told me that they will not pay for any parts or labor. Disappointment is an understatement. Unless you absolutely have to I recommend not bringing or buying any vehicles from this dealership.

I'm sorry to hear your lower engine shield came off. As you pointed out, the work we performed on your vehicle was over 9 months ago. If the engine shield had not been installed correctly, it would have come off long before now. You stated you heard a loud pop; you most likely ran over something that tore the engine shield off. I'm assuming something similar happened when we replaced it the last time. We have not seen your vehicle at all since that repair 9 months ago. The last time we did a maintenance on your vehicle was November of 2022. This would be something you could claim on your insurance.

Called the dealership and talked to Chris. Very polite knowledgeable and answered our questions very professionally. I was so impressed with Chris & the dealership that we drove 575 miles for our transaction. Chris stayed right on point had the paperwork available and quick turnaround. Chris will do his best for his costomers and we will look forward to working with Chris and this dealership in the future.
