Not a good experience. We purchased a Ford F150 from this dealership with a lift and new wheels. We were confident with the reviews that this was a trustworthy dealership. We had our truck less than 3 weeks and experienced excessive brake noise. Upon inspection, the entire pads on all 4 wheels needed to be replaced, there was rust and corrosion on all 4 calibers and needed replacement as well. We were sold an unsafe vehicle by this dealer, the truck had no brakes. Their website states the "service department safety checks every car" so I am not sure what happened that this was missed since the dealership had the wheels off to put on new tires and rims. We called and spoke to David, the general manager, and advised him it would be over $2200 to repair. He only offered us $800 towards the cost of the repairs and we were without a vehicle while it was in for service. We were surprised that the dealership didn't stand behind their reputation and are now out an additional $1200 after buying a vehicle from them.
