FOUND 2017 RAV CALLED TALKED TO ETHAN TOOK CREDIT APP SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK NEVER DID I CALLED HIM AT 4.00 HE SAID I GOT BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WE SOLD THE CAR SOORY. YOU TOOK MY APP DINGED MY CREDIT SCORE AND SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME WERE YOU WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALL DAY? OR JUST BLEW ME OFF. VEY INPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR THE REAL STORY WHY YOU SCREWD ME OVER .

Bought the truck from out of state and picked it up. Kristen was very easy to work with (No Pressure). She made buying the truck from out of state far more relaxing that buying from a dealer in-state. There was an issue buying the truck but Kristen came through and quickly resolved the issue. They offered me a great price on my trade in. Pleasant surprise of a family atmosphere.
