I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from Leith

I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from Leith Mercedes Benz. The salesmen, Keith and Marcus are both professional outstanding nice gentlemen. Keith came out to inquire about the type of vehicle I was interested in. He explained the different makes and models as well as some of the features on each. In his absence, Marcus stood in for him. Marcus explained everything to me - the paperwork, the workings of the vehicle inside and outside and answered questions concerning the paperwork and any other question I needed answered concerning the purchase my purchase. I would recommend both Keith and Marcus to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Leith Mercedes Benz.

You will end up with more problems going there

I dropped my car for regular service, which I always trust doing at dealership and expect more trusted service. Car had no problems at all when I dropped it and that was clear. I pick it up next day, as soon as I leave the service front lights all not working and malfunction sign show. I immediately contacted Chris the agent I worked with, and when I bring them the car back they want charge me more than 4k, stating that I am the one who did this and there is water in the electric circuit. Totally disappointing, hard to trust and leave your vehicle and end up with damage and they charge you for. Never had such service in any dealership.

If you want horrible and unprofessional customer service, this dealership is for you. I have never witnessed such ineptitude and passing the buck from management that this place has displayed. I should’ve realized when my service tech was no longer there, that something was up..

I had a beautiful client experience. When I walked in the door of the dealership, I asked for an African-American sales person. The gigantic surprise is that not only was I directed to an African-American in sales, but the sales person also happened to be a woman: Mrs. Jenine Parham. BINGO! Double-Minority in sales, a domain dominated by Caucasian Men. Jenine is not window dressing; she is EXCELLENT! Jenine treated me like royalty. Jenine determined my purchase criteria and immediately identified two vehicles that checked all of my boxes. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, no matter how relevant, or not! No detail was too small for Jenine to address and resolve. She is intelligent and had product knowledge. If she did not have an answer, Jenine quickly found one through research or escalation. I may not have gotten everything I wanted in the vehicle of my choice, including a lower price-point, but I felt that Jenine and her team struggled to meet me half-way with a sufficient compromise for my asks. In the end, I basked in a heightened sense of happy accomplishment -- and relief -- as I drove my vehicle off the lot with a smile on my face and a skip in my heart.

Great customer service provided by Jenine Parham and the whole team in Mercedes-Benz Raleigh showroom. She is highly professional and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I wasn't planning on buying that particular day, but Jenine was quick enough to understand my exact requirements and she gave me a deal which had everything I looked for. The whole process was fast, painless and easy from trading in my old car, to getting my lease approved, to getting the paperwork in order and finally driving out of the showroom with my brand new GLB 250 SUV. Would like to give highest rating on 5 out of 5 to Jenine and raleigh team. Also not to forget the team followed full covid precautionary measures from wearing face masks to maintaining 6 feet distance to wipping down steering wheel with disinfectant after car evaluation to finally having a glass shield separator in the finance manager room. Second time around

I purchased a new GLE 350 in May but unfortunately in June I was hit from behind by a truck that total my new GLE (only 652 miles on the vehicle). After settling up with the insurance I went right back to Gary Feldman to see if he could find me another GLE 350 with the options I had on my previous GLE. Within a day he found me a new GLE with everything I wanted on it. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary twice and both times he was a joy to work with and both times the process couldn't of been easier --Thank you Gary

Gary was AWESOME!

The dealership was very clean. It had a good feel about it. Gary was my sales associate and he was awesome! He knows the vehicles like the back of his hand. He provided great customer service and was not pushy. He was very attentive, answered all questions, and showed a great selection of cars. I will definitely refer my friends to him!

BUYER BEWARE

We lease a vehicle from Mercedes of Raleigh and we've had it for just over a year. Worst experience we have ever had with a vehicle. I'll start with the attitudes in the service department.....two of them one lady one man have apparently forgotten that this is their job and why they get paid. Favorite response "well sorry there's nothing I can do". Loaner cars....they have very few because it takes two weeks minimum to make an appointment and receive a loaner. But they will waste your day by sending you over to get a rental. Now the vehicle.....we have put 14000 miles on this vehicle and replaced the same tire twice already, charged $273 for one tire, and now am told they all need to be replaced. Mercedes has no tire warranty nor does Pirelli. So if you buy a Mercedes plan on spending over $1000 on tires in less than 20000 miles. However according to Ken the manager, you can preserve them if you rotate every 3000 miles. So while you purchase your vehicle, rent a room, because you will be spending alot of time at mercedes. Plus he reports the tires wear differently because they are wider than normal and drive flats so it's very normal. Unfortunately this wasn't disclosed at purchase time so one would never know if that's fact or fiction, the reality is, it's a cost we shouldn't have to incur at this low mileage. Oh and that extra warranty they offer that costs $1000 and is amazing, covers all damage, and you get to just drop the car off at the end of the lease because they cover everything including the required tire replacement, well that's just money you're giving to Mercedes for nothing because the warranty covers nothing and by the time you turn it in, you've already had to replace the tires . I've driven many different makes of vehicles because I'm a new car every couple of years person, and I have to say that Mercedes is definitely not worth the hype. They dont live up to the "luxury/quality" they claim. In fact they are about the ONLY vehicle left on the market that makes you buy a $600 chip for navigation or use Android Auto/Apple on your phone, and this works hit or miss. So if you're thinking of buying a Mercedes and spending 50,000-100,000 on a luxury car....THINK HARD you may be extremely disappointed. Stay tuned, we unfortunately have another 11 months left on this lease and I'm certain it's going to be expensive and disappointing.

Exceptional Experience and Personal Customer Servi

My car-buying experience was a breeze thanks to Jeff Mitchell and the team at Leith Mercedes-Benz. From the start, Jeff made sure to give me timely updates about my newly-ordered A-Class 220. I was so excited to take delivery of my new vehicle, and no stone was left unturned during the delivery process, or the pre-delivery process, for that matter. Delivery day was a breeze, and Jeff had everything in order to make it the most enjoyable process one could make it. I am loving my new A-Class and cannot wait to drive it every day!
