Military moving can be very stressful! Valley Honda took a chance and negotiated with me while we were still overseas. We came to an agreement and I was able to pick up the car upon arrival to the states with the requested upgrades. Amanda, Elliot and the whole team there were great. This is the fifth car we have purchased at this dealership. They repair service is also top notch so I highly recommend this dealership.

The BEST customer service that I ever experienced. Weylin, Ahmad and Igor were so trustworthy and flexible. More importantly they made sure that the total cost was within my budget. I do not like to spend a lot of money, and I absolutely hate debt. But if this master cheapskate must spend money, then she is going to spend it at Valley Honda in Staunton with these guys. Not only did he work with me every step of the way with patience (which I’m not the easiest to deal with) but he also jumped through hoops to make sure I had the car that suited my needs. Valley Honda has always been the ideal dealership. People are always pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. Mr. Kushnar was very attentive to my wishes and provided just what I desired.

Went for an oil change and ended up test driving some cars to pass time. Came back a few days later with an awesome offer from the salesperson about my current car at the time and the car I loved! A few days later, I drove home with not only my current car at the time, but my brand new car now! Tera helped me out so much and got me an awesome deal! Left there with not only a new car but a new friendship too!

Amanda was so patient with me, I had made an internet inguiry and she made contact immediately. I was working out of town for a total of 5 weeks from first contact.
