Don’t use service department!!

There service department is atrocious they lie they take weeks sometimes months to fix your car. They should be sued on a regular basis but are protected by weak state guidelines

Never buy a car from this dealership .

First off I paid cash for my vehicle ford150xl (56,000) I didn’t even get mats for the inside then I’m supposed to get 42,000 points to cover the first three service charges but I got less than a thousand after complaining they think they are cute by giving me an additional 700 points that’s around three dollars off the next Maintanance after they charged me 200$ for the last two! My experience with this dealership is a big zero , my title was mailed to the wrong address n I had to jump thru hoops to get it now I’m in possession of a duplicate title which may bring problems when I sell.

Never buy a car from this dealership .

Idiots

Purchased vehicle, initially was given certain price and financing which changed when I got to the finance office. Had to ask for floor mats, cleaning real idiots.

Absolutely Horrible

My experience with the Service Department was horrible. Beware if you bring your car to be serviced there. They tell you that they can not tell you if the repair is under warranty until you bring in the car. This is a lie. They can tell by pulling up the information on their computer. I had my vehicle towed there to fix a brake line that had a leak. I explained that when I purchased my vehicle that I also purchased additional coverage for repairs. I told them I would bring all my receipts from my vehicles purchase. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told that the repair was not covered. Also the additional coverage I purchased was for a third party Company. I asked if they would contact they company before paying for the repair as in the contract brake line repairs were covered. They said no because the repairs were already done. The repair representative did not know anything. He had to go back and forth talking to someone else just to talk to me about the repairs. The Manager was not there. I didn’t see him there the 2 days I went there. I told him I wanted to see the person he was talking to. I think he was scared, but he finally came out. I showed him all my documents and explained that I had coverage. He told me that the dealership I purchased my car from went bankrupt and they did not have to honor anything from them, even though it was a Ford dealership. If you need repairs take your vehicle to the other Premier Ford and ask for Frank. Frank has always been honest with me and has always told me what was covered or not before I brought in my vehicle for repairs. Horrible experience with inept and incompetent employees. 1 brake line leaked, replaced both and charged me almost $200.00 just to put in brake fluid.
