Worst place to get an oil change.

Worst place to get an oil change. Left my drain plug loose and was leaking oil down the road. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Horrible service department

Matt my service advisor is Horrible to do business with. He has Horrible customer service skills, does not communicate with customers, warranty company or GM customer service. He needs to be trained on how to be a quality service advisor and I believe he's just around for a pay check. I would appreciate a call from the GM or owner of the business to contact me about the issue.

We took our GMC to be serviced.

We took our GMC to be serviced. After servicing we had an oil leak. Called many times and left messages. No one would return call. Emailed and finally received response that they would have service contact us. This never happened. Left another message. No one answers phone. Finally took to another dealer and paid 174.00 for them to replace loose oil filter and add oil. Would not recommend for service work at Spradley.

Finally treated with respect in Spradley chev

i purchased the vehicle new at this dealership and before i left the dealership i had a issue with the service dept. Had to get sales dept to get taken care of a simple matter. Had a warranty issue on a window not operating properly and was treated so rude by the service dept that i swore i would never go there again. now 2 years later i was sent a flyer on special so i thought i would try one more time., Was met at the door by Charles Rivera and was treated with so much respect on a simple tire rotation job. After talking to him and the treatment i was given i will go back with other repairs for the car. The only person i will deal with is Charles from this point on. As a customer if you want great treatment and respect even on a simple low cost job go see Charles. He is the only reason i would ever take my car back there.

$5,000.00 adjusted market pricing on 2023 Colorado

I thought I would give Spradley Chevrolet an opportunity to earn my business after reading not so great reviews “ boy was I wrong “. After discussing options with the salesperson, I was quoted a $5,000.00 adjusted market pricing on the 2023 Colorado order from Spradley. I also received quotes from two other dealers one 20min West and the other 30min North of Pueblo that would order for MSRP. Just more of a reason that factory direct sales will be the future and the only way to stop the insane mark-up's.

Horrible service!!!

My car has been at the shop multiple time and they all they do is give me the run around. They don’t return phone calls. They only have 1 tech. My car is left there between 1-2 weeks just to have oil checked for oil consumption test. Customer service is the worst ever! The rep Misty is rude and hateful. Poor customer service skills. Why would they ever hire a person like that? They lie and say constantly that their tech is sick or had emergency and left and had a death in the family. They won’t make appt until my service rep get back from vacation. Like I can wait and don’t need a car. So you can go there and have the best service when buying a car but when it needs to get serviced or fixed it’s f#%# you! Deal with it!

Great dealership

I have bought 5 cars at SPRADLEY & 100 percent will only go here & I recommend this dealership to all friends , family ,etc. I recently moved out of state & still made the 10 hour drive back to purchase my new Truck ! & I will continue to make the trip here for all of my automotive needs.. Honest , friendly & they care about their customers!
