they mislead me on the car stated it had the same features when in 2 days i called back adv this car does not was a cheaper version they promised... to call me back charged me $800 for a navigation system did not tell me part would be put on my dash i was hurt when i tried to tt a manager they never called me back i love cadillac but i am disappointed

The Customer Service at Gerry Lane is wonderful, especially Ms. Sheila. She went over and beyond to get me help with a repair that was not covered under... my extended warranty. She even went in on her day off to take care of my ticket. I'm not in love with my vehicle, but thanks to the fabulous Customer Service, they make all my problems I have had with my car and little bit easier to deal with.
