We have had a great experience with Don Moore Hyundai in Owensboro, Ky. Jacob Zoener went above and beyond to direct me to the dealership on Hey 54. He partnered with Morgan Maddox Payne to help us test drive, purchase our new Santa Fe Hybrid. Both Jacob and Morgan were helpful and friendly. Professionally, they were so pleasant to work with. I’m 71 years old and this is the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased. Morgan was so helpful & patient introducing me to the technology of the Hyundai. My husband, now retired from the auto industry, always provided me with a nice vehicle to drive. 2017 Hyundai Sonata Se
I’m not at all satisfied with my experience, buying my car through Don Moore. My car had and gas a factory warranty, I also purchased a platinum warranty. I also have a life time warranty on my engine through the recent theta engine law suit. Back I. April I made them aware of my car using 2 quarts of oil in a thousand miles, they did 4 oil consumption test, during those test, my car used more than 2 quarts in a thousand miles on one of the test. Said they would turn it in to Hyundai and get back with me, it was 4 months or longer before they got back with me, I’m still paying on my car, I owe a little over $4000 . Still nothing. Engine light comes on every now in then, flickers and goes off. Because it was not on when I took it in to be looked at, they claim they couldn’t do further test. Per Hyundai. I payed 2500 for extended warranty, and still can’t get my car right. I can’t take Vacation, in fear if car blowing up. My Hyundai is a 2017, only had 41000 miles when I bought it , and was using 2 quarts of oil every thousand miles before I reached 70,000 I don’t recommend Don Moore, especially buying a extended warranty that you can’t use

Never shop here
Bought a used car that supposedly had been inspected, but had blatant and easy to read check light on. Before even leaving the parking lot, took it into their service center that day. After their review, the car needs replacement parts that will be in next week. So after sitting over two and a half extra hours waiting for my vehicle that I just purchased, I now get to take a day off of work to drive in and get something fixed that should have never been sold with the issue so clearly there. Also, found live ammunition in the car, so absolutely no cleaning either. Unbelievable lying and worst experience of my life.
