Bought a used car that supposedly had been inspected, but had blatant and easy to read check light on. Before even leaving the parking lot, took it into... their service center that day. After their review, the car needs replacement parts that will be in next week. So after sitting over two and a half extra hours waiting for my vehicle that I just purchased, I now get to take a day off of work to drive in and get something fixed that should have never been sold with the issue so clearly there. Also, found live ammunition in the car, so absolutely no cleaning either. Unbelievable lying and worst experience of my life.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. It took several days for my car repairs to be complete, but I was kept informed of the status and given... a nice rental vehicle to drive. Excellent service.
I took my wife's car in for a passenger side mirror repair. I did a visual inspection, and found it was not installed properly. The tech was summoned... to look at his work. After looking at it, I had to show him the obvious problem. The part replaced was hanging down about a quarter of an inch. He didn't see it. So I wonder if Dom Moore hires anyone off the street with a tool box? I certainly expected far more from a dealership, especially for a $212+ repair.
Had oil changes in 2 cars. They did not fill all fluids, and had to go back to service to fill.
Mr. Teasley, on behalf of our dealership, I would like to apologize for your inconvenience. Part of our oil change process is to top off fluid levels.... We are sorry we missed those in your case.
